1. Each time when leaving the House, the Tenant should check that the doors and windows are closed.
2. If the Tenant shortens the period of stay, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
3. It is possible to extend your stay only if other guests have not previously booked the House.
4. Accommodation and check-out takes place in the House in the presence of the Landlord or a person authorized by him.
5. The Tenant may not lend or sublet the House to other persons.
6. More than 8 people may stay in the House and on the premises only with the consent of the Landlord.
7. If the declared number of people using the House is exceeded (without the consent and knowledge of the Landlord), we reserve the right to immediately withdraw from the contract with all the consequences without the need to refund the previously paid fee.
8. Upon arrival, but before moving in, the Tenant is obliged to collect the Cottage, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cabin and other devices located in the Cottage and in the garden.
9. Comments regarding damage or destruction should be reported immediately to the Lessor. The Landlord allows for the possibility of detecting damage to the so-called hidden. The lack of comments from the Tenant regarding such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Tenant has no objections to the entire facility, and all devices and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the equipment list and in good condition.
10. The tenant bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of Złote Chatka that occurred during the stay, whether due to intentional or unintentional fault.
11. The Tenant is solely and fully responsible for the persons staying with him (including children), in particular in the case of children. The Tenant is obliged to ensure that at least one adult remains sober at all times and not under the influence of other intoxicants. Children can use the Water Bath available on the premises only under the supervision of adults.
12. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety rules.
13. There are fire extinguishers in a visible place in the cottage, which should be used in the event of a fire and the Lessor should be informed immediately about the incident. On the ground floor, a fire extinguisher is located in the staircase. For unjustified use of a fire extinguisher, the Tenant will be charged PLN 300 and PLN 500 for cleaning the cottage.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Chatka.
15. Due to fire protection requirements, it is prohibited to use any devices or devices powered by electricity or gas in the Chatka, which are not part of the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odor into the Hut.
16. Only wood provided by the Lessor is used for burning in the fireplace.
17. It is forbidden to dry wet clothes on radiators in the living room, hall and bedrooms. For this purpose, there is a radiator in the bathroom, which is adapted to this type of needs.
18. It is unacceptable to barbecue in any place other than the garden gazebo.
19. The Tenant has no right to make any repairs or make any expenses or changes to the Cottage without the prior consent of the Landlord. The Tenant is obliged to immediately inform the Landlord about the need to make repairs or expenses.
20. In the event of technical faults, the Tenant is asked to report them to the Landlord as soon as possible, which will enable appropriate response and action.
21. The Tenant is obliged to use the House in accordance with its properties and purpose. Please do not move the beds in the bedrooms and use different footwear inside the cottage (please especially do not wear footwear such as mountain boots, ski boots, snowboard boots or other boots that could scratch or damage the wooden surface of the stairs and floor), under pain of paying a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 1,000 within the deadline specified in the payment request.
22. If the Tenant significantly violates the peace and/or good of the neighbors and does not comply with generally applicable norms of coexistence between people and in the event of a justified intervention by calling the police, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Tenant's stay in the Chatka and is not obliged to refund for the unused period of stay.
