Shhhh, do you hear that? This is what zen sounds like. The rustle of grass clears your mind, birdsong soothes your senses, and the snorting of horses lifts your spirits. When we add massages on the terrace, evenings by the campfire with a view of Śnieżka, and bathing in the river, we start pasting frames into Jawa's album. My goal was, above all, not to disturb the blissful effect of the area, and also to add my own architectural two cents to this work. The interiors correspond beautifully with the nature outside the window, the light paints pictures on the walls, and scented mists and natural cosmetics envelop you with a soothing aroma. Here, you cook by yourself, you manage your own time, and no one asks what you have planned for today. Come with the intention of boredom and look for your zen.

PS In the summer, together with other creators, I am organizing "Zen on the Grass", a series of workshops supporting the process of connecting with creative potential, passion for life and vocation. The house has 3 independent apartments. One on the ground floor and two on the first floor, with bedrooms on the mezzanine.

The ground floor apartment has a living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace (60m2).

The apartments on the first floor have a twin layout. Each has two levels. On the mezzanine there is a bedroom with a double bed, and downstairs there is a living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. In apartment no. 3 there is a balcony from which you can see the forest and mountains.

You can also rent the house exclusively. Then three apartments can accommodate 12 people - 3 beds plus 3 sofa beds.

Each apartment has a kitchenette. Additionally, you can order a breakfast basket filled with local products. The baskets are vegetarian.

You will find us Between Rudawy Janowickie and Karkonosze, in the middle of nowhere. In winter, you can go downhill or cross-country skiing, make a snowman or go to Otwarta Papiernia in Jelenia Góra to see an exhibition. In addition, books, warm tea, and massages.

You can arrange a private massage or SPA treatment - in the summer on the meadow or terrace, and in the winter inside. I use only natural cosmetics and scented oils for massages.

From spring, through summer, until autumn, on selected weekends I organize "Zen on the Grass" retreats. This is a series of workshops designed to support the process of connecting with creative potential, passion for life and vocation step by step. Psychological, artistic and movement workshops are held throughout the weekend. Each meeting is a space for immersion in presence and approaching your heart path - with mindfulness, lightness and gentleness. Activities are interspersed with free time spent in nature, as well as moments spent together at a table full of vegetarian delicacies.

You can also arrange a horseback riding or simply admire the horses grazing in the meadow in front of you. It is worth going for a walk to the unique Ornamental Farm Bukowiec, Chojnik Castle, and sightseeing to the Julia Steelworks in Piechowice.

You can go to Śnieżka or lie on a deckchair all day. Here, no one will ask you what your plans are for the day. Boredom reigns here. But this boredom makes you not want to leave us.
