In the heart of Vysočina, on the edge of the Žďárské vrchy, in a picturesque valley surrounded by hills and forests, lies a hidden pearl - the town of Jimramov. It is here that the rich history of this place speaks and the beautiful architecture here dates back to the 13th century. We are talking about the church of St. Peter and Paul, which overlooks the village from its elevated position. But believe it or not, we'd be wrong to stop at this Gothic landmark. Jimramov hides a number of (and not only) rare historical buildings that will whisper forgotten stories in your ear. And how else, we invite you to exactly one such place...

It's called Home & office Panská.

The stylish, listed house from 1836 is relatively inconspicuous, waiting for you to notice it yourself. Perhaps you will be interested in its beautifully heavenly color or the wooden period door. Then just grab the cool metal handle, open the door and, after crossing the threshold, admire the vaulted ceilings and 200-year-old staircase. And although the house had been uninhabited for more than 12 years and was already facing demolition, we discovered it in time and made it our second home. Slowly and gradually, Cinderella began to emerge from the ruins of the building. We are inviting you here. Do not hesitate for long, escape from the city and turn on the relaxation mode in the magical Jimram.

Our listed building has a special atmosphere. It's like finally coming back to where you belong after a long journey and being hugged by a good old friend. And we hope that you will feel the same way with us...

The house is an ideal place for work (we adapted the space for working from home), but also for spending time with friends. The house is big and the surroundings are also great (beautiful hills vs. a wonderful town with a restaurant with wellness, cafe, shop and post office). The entire building is set into a slope, so you can walk straight out to our garden from the first floor. It is the last building on the street, thanks to which we only have one neighbor and the garden is seamlessly connected by a young forest.

Inside you will find 4 bedrooms for 10 people. And so that you can sleep well, we also thought of blackout blinds.

GROUND FLOOR
- living room with large sofa, stove, dining table and bookcase
- kitchen
- bathroom with shower and free-standing bathtub, washing machine and dryer (there is also a separate toilet with sink on each floor)
- 2 family rooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, one of the bedrooms is walk-through

ATTIC
- here you will also find 2 bedrooms with double beds and two more single beds above the stairs in the open space

The house is heated by a heat pump, and to make the colder evenings more pleasant, you can warm up in the stove.

FENCED GARDEN
You will also have a fenced garden with seating for 8 people, deckchairs, a fire pit and a grill :) To be safe, however, provide your own charcoal for grilling.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances and dishes. You can borrow our spices and oils.
In the living room you will find a two-meter oak table for 10 people.
Which doesn't mean anything other than that you will definitely all fit in and, in addition to eating, you can also play one of the board games or have a great chat.

In Jimramov there is also a wonderful historic cafe and an excellent restaurant JUST.

JIMRAMOV
Where to start? It's best to stay with us and then just go out and head to the Jimramova monument zone. Will you head to the castle, the town hall, the churches or the evangelical parish? And that's just a small selection - you wouldn't believe how much such a small place can hide. So be sure to find time to wander around Jimramov.
There are beautiful walks to the Prosíčka rocks (approx. 2 km) or to the ruins of the Štarkov castle, both of which are on the hill behind the house.
The surroundings are perfect for mushroom picking, rarer mushrooms such as scotch mushrooms and so on can also be found. Something different grows on every hill :)

SUMMER
The number of hiking trails encourages hiking. A popular destination for walks is a forest well or the listed water mill Trhonice.
Not only hikers, but also cyclists can choose from more or less demanding routes (e.g. the Bohemian-Moravian trail, which is part of the Via Czechia route) or they can bet on the Vysočina cycling arena (30 km of single tracks of varying difficulty).

WINTER
Ski lifts can be found in nearby Nové Jimramov, Dalečín and Sedliště, and cross-country skiers will not be deprived of their passion either - there is an extensive network of cross-country trails.

A short distance from the house is a wonderful children's playground and football field, as well as places for natural swimming (fishing is possible in Svratka, but there is also access for natural swimming with children a short distance from us). In the house we have a small children's corner and a garden with a small sandpit.
Or you can try geolocation games and go together in the footsteps of famous personalities of Jimramov.

We have four height-adjustable tables and high-quality chairs with lumbar, head and arm rests available.
