You can finally sleep on the Island. As long as you don't take family members with you who are active from the early morning hours, nothing will stand in your way. There is one house on an acre of land, so there are only you, the trees and the pond. You can finally get some sleep. Sit in the bubbles of a jacuzzi overlooking the water, think about nothing and feel your whole body relax. Invite a masseur who will give you a relaxing or therapeutic massage and ensure that the experience is like in the best SPA - but only for you. Or maybe go somewhere? Take your own boat to the end of the pond or take a balloon for an unforgettable anniversary flight. Our neighbors organize flights on a hill nearby. Or kayaking on the Raba River, which starts in Gdów, only 1 km from here. 30 minutes from Krakow there is an island of all pleasures - our little refuge with a comfortable interior, freedom, greenery and water. If you don't have time to fly to the Maldives or the Azores for a weekend, just come to us.

Hello, my name is Joanna and together with my husband we invite you to Wy_spa_Podolany. During 2 years of struggle, while creating my beloved space in the village of Podolany near Krakow, I learned that you should follow your dreams regardless of adversities. I am an economist by profession, I worked in a corporation for 12 years, and my passion has always been traveling and interior design. We decided to fulfill the dream of having a house with panoramic windows and to use the potential of the plot with a large water reservoir after a gravel pit and create a place that will be a link with nature. Our house was created to give you a break from the city, to stop rushing and enjoy the views of nature. This is where you can sit comfortably on the terrace or pier: look, think, listen, swim, read books, relax, practice yoga, ride a bike, walk, relax in a hammock, make a fire, go fishing... Time passes slower here. We deliberately built only one house so that it would be exclusive to only one guest. It's beautiful here! Come and check it out for yourself, we invite you.

    Wy_spa_Podolany highly appreciates your cooperation in compliance with these Regulations. He has got
    ensure the comfort of stay, peace and safety of all guests in our facility.
    § 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
    1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and rules for staying on the premises of the facility
    Wy_spa_Podolany. At the same time, it is an integral part of the lease agreement concluded in
    at the time of making the reservation, regardless of the method or payment by the Guests of the deposit for the reservation or
    the entire amount due for the stay.
    2. By making a reservation regardless of the method or by paying a deposit towards the reservation
    declares that he has read these Regulations and accepts their provisions.
    3. The Regulations apply to all guests staying at the Wy_Spa_Podolany facility.
    4. The regulations are available for viewing at home and on Facebook.
    §2. Wy_spa_Podolany

    2. The facility is located at: Podolany, Gdów commune
    §3. RESERVATIONS AND FEES
    1. The reservation is confirmed after paying a deposit of at least 30% of the stay value by bank transfer to
    indicated account. We are waiting for the deposit for 2 days.
    2. The deposit paid is non-refundable. It is possible to change the arrival date up to 30 days before arrival.
    3. The remaining part of the stay costs, after taking into account the deposit, is collected on the day of arrival in cash.
    We make every effort to ensure that our house is always in the best condition and its furnishings
    operational, therefore a deposit of PLN 1,000 is required for the house in cash on the day of arrival. The deposit is subject to
    refundable within 2 days from the guests' departure to the indicated bank account after confirming that there is no damage.
    Deductions from the deposit:
    5a. PLN 300 fee for additional cleaning, e.g. if the bedding is visibly dirty, e.g. by dogs,
    the sofa is clearly dirty, requiring washing, serious stains on the terrace.
    5b. PLN 300 fee for smoking at home or frying fish - cost of ozonation of all rooms.
    5c. damage/losses to property will be determined individually.
    5d. PLN 100 fee for not cleaning up dog excrement.
    Wy_spa_Podolany does not refund the costs of a shortened stay.
    The facility does not charge additional utility bills.
    §4. HOTEL NIGHT
    1. The hotel stay at Wy_spa_Podolany lasts from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., which in practice means that on
    arrival, the house will be handed over at the earliest at 2:30 p.m., and on the day of departure the house must be vacated
    until 10:00.
    2. If the house is not vacated in accordance with the Regulations, guests will be charged for the entire amount
    another day.
    §5. STAY
    1. Wy_spa_Podolany will take into account any wish of guests to extend their stay by additional days, but only if
    that there will be such a possibility.
    2. Open fire must not be used in the house or on the terrace. Barbecuing is permitted in the area for this purpose
    designated. It is strictly forbidden to bring, store or use other items on the premises
    lighters than those supplied with the house (the ban applies in particular to liquid lighters).
    3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Violation of this provision will result in a charge
    Guests pay a fee of PLN 300.
    4. Please keep the facility clean.
    5.The hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation for random reasons beyond their control
    with reimbursement of rental costs to the landlord.
    §6. GUESTS' RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Guests have the right to report any comments to the Wy_Spa_Podolany facility staff and receive appropriate feedback
    help.
    2. Guests receive one set of keys consisting of a key to the entrance door to the house and a remote control
    Gates. For lost keys, Wy_spa_Podolany will charge guests a fee of PLN 300 per set.
    3. Guests are not allowed to hand over the keys to third parties.
    4. Children under 18 years of age should always remain under the constant care and supervision of their parents/guardians
    legal. Parents/legal guardians bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused
    by their pupils and responsibility for safety on the water and in the entire area.
    5. For safety reasons, guests leaving the house should always remember to turn off the lights,
    turning off the taps and closing the windows, turning off the heater in the jacuzzi while no one is in it
    uses.
    6. Electrical and heating devices that are not part of the home's equipment must not be used in the house. Record
    this does not apply to chargers and power supplies for phones, tablets and computers, hair dryers, etc.
    7. Please report any faults on arrival. No reports are treated as no faults.
    8. Guests bear full financial and legal responsibility for all types of damage and destruction
    equipment, technical devices and elements of the house resulting from their fault or the fault of their persons
    visitors and will be settled according to purchase invoices.
    9. Furniture/blankets/bedspreads/rugs as well as bed linen and towels prepared at home are provided

Obietnica odpoczynku na łonie natury i w rytmie "slow" nie miała w sobie ani grama kłamstwa :) WY_SPA PODOLANY zachęca urokiem miejsca, poczuciem prywatności i atrakcjami zarówno dla aktywnych (łódka, rowery), jak i dla hedonistów (jacuzzi, grill). Świetne miejsce zarówno na dłuższe wakacje, ale też kilkudniowy wypad za miasto, by odpocząć od jego zgiełku. Nie możemy też nie wspomnieć o przemiłych...

Uciec od świata codziennego, żeby naładować baterie - do tego służy to miejsce. Tam można się zatracić w śpiewie ptaków, ukoić widokiem wody. Obserwować krowy pasące się na wzgórzu i pływające po spokojnej tafli stawu kaczki. Wypłynąć rowerkiem na wyspę położoną na jego środku. Obudzić się w łóżku, widząc kolory wschodzącego słońca odbijające się w jego wodzie za oknem, na wyciągnięcie ręki. W do...

Miejsce wyróżnia prywatny staw, ogrodzony, zadbany teren z łódką, rowerkiem wodnym i plażą na wyłączność. Domek oczywiście czysty jak łza, z jacuzzi. Dużo jeździmy ze slowhop, a mimo to zostaliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Dziecko zachwycone towarzystwem kaczek i żab. Piesek zaznał wolności:) Dodatkowo doskonały kontakt z Właścicielką. Z pewnością wrócimy ponownie, co mimo wielu pozytywnych doświadcz...
