In a picturesque part of the Welski Landscape Park, a few steps from Lake Zarybinek, we have created a quiet haven - a guest house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a relaxation zone. There is room here for a larger family, a group of friends, and those willing to celebrate various occasions in an intimate setting. This is our reserve of atmospheric relaxation. You will not experience the hustle and bustle of the big city here, no noise will reach your ears, and instead of blocks of flats, asphalt and cars, there will be nothing but greenery. Every day is filled with peace and the house is filled with bright colors, comfortable furniture, beautiful fabrics and sophisticated accessories. Make yourself comfortable in the kitchen, in the office, in the garden, on the pier, in the sauna and in the jacuzzi. Light the barbecue, sing, lie on the pier and breathe. Take a boat out to the middle of Lake Zarybinek, go to see the post-glacial relief, climb the moraine hills, go around the lake in Rypno using the longest pier in Poland and go rafting down the Wel River.

Welcome to a spacious house (160 m², 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) located on a large, green plot by Lake Zarybinek and with direct access to it. The house is located in Rybno, in the Welski Landscape Park.

In the lowest part of the house there is a relaxation area with a sauna, jacuzzi and access to the terrace with a view of the surrounding area.

On the ground floor there is: a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large table, a kitchen, a study with work space, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor you will find: a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms: with a single bed, with a double bed and with a king-size bed.

There is room for 7 people in the bedrooms, and an additional 2 can sleep on the fold-out sofa in the living room.

We have a boat for you, and there is a large pier over the lake. There is also a place for a bonfire on the fenced plot.

Welcome to a quiet haven in the Welski Landscape Park, on the shore of Lake Zarybinek. The house has its own shoreline, pier and boat. It stands on a hill, so you can clearly see the area filled with moraine hills and green forests.

On-site pleasures will include: a jacuzzi, a sauna (with a shower next to it), a gas grill and a Bluetooth speaker. Around the house there is a pleasant green space with trees that effectively separate you from the neighbors.

The public beach in Rybno is a short walk from the house. There is a water playground there. There is also another lake in Rybno - Rybno, around which there is a promenade. It is the longest pier in Poland, 880 meters long (the Sopot pier is 511.5 meters long). The Wel River flows through the town, and you can go kayaking along it.

Wel is a lake district river flowing through 10 lakes. Its trail is 90 km long and leads through picturesque meadows, ravines, charming towns full of monuments and moraine hills. In the section protected by the Piekiełko nature reserve, the river takes on the character of a rushing mountain river, surrounded by protected vegetation. Bird lovers can look out for mountain wagtails and water lizards while rafting.

The Welski Landscape Park protecting the Wel River valley includes 13 larger lakes. There are two museums on its premises - the Museum of Nature and the Ethnographic Museum, and there are 11 hiking and cycling trails, a canoe trail along the Wel River, and the Grunwald Loop Car Trail. Observation towers can be found in Tuczki, Lidzbark, Grądy and the Neliwa Lake reserve. This is one of 4 nature reserves in the park, the others are: the previously mentioned Piekełko with the Wel River gorge, as well as Bagno Koziana and Ostrów Tarczyński.

There is an office in the house where you can work in peace. You don't have to worry about the internet, it works flawlessly.
