You don't need eagle eyes to take a closer look at Sokolisko. Here you can see everything at your fingertips. It is best to make the first observations from the terrace, where the view is spectacular and will especially please representatives of the planning type. The type of person who relaxes can relax on this terrace, read a book and only come down for a home-cooked dinner. Because our guesthouse is, above all, homely. We built the building from 200-year-old Carpathian fir, covered with aspen shingles, and made the interiors from natural materials in cooperation with local craftsmen. Its architectural elements refer to the style of three ethnic groups historically inhabiting Wysoczany - Lemkos (veranda), Dolinians (i.e. house alcove) and Boykos (their construction is due to ryśki, i.e. wave-planed ceiling beams extended outside). Our guesthouse and the community center in the building next door are surrounded by 11 hectares of land with a pond stocked with fish where you can fish and splash around. Especially after a session in a Russian banya. We also have our own fallow deer farm, which you can look at from the viewing platform, and a path along the farm, ideal for practicing sports all year round. On an 11-hectare farm in the Bukowskie foothills, we have been running a guesthouse with 5 rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people for years. Their detailed description can be found by expanding the "see all rooms" section. Everyone has their own bathroom with a shower.
At your disposal will be a common room located in the building next door, where you will find: a fireplace corner, a small library, foosball and air hockey tables, and a large selection of board games.
Our large area also includes:
– a 40-are pond (you can fish there on a no-kill basis), fed by a stream with a pier that leads to a wood-fired Russian banya (included in the price of the stay),
– a flask with a stone hearth,
– earth cellar with drinks, wine and home-made spirits,
– breeding of fallow deer, which can be viewed from the viewing platform,
– a route of approx. 2 km (leading along a fallow deer farm), which is ideal for jogging and Nordic walking in the summer (we have poles for you), and in the winter – cross-country skiing and snowshoe walking (the equipment is on site and in stock). price of stay),
- volleyball court.
Our area is fenced. We have a parking lot and a shelter for storing bicycles and motorcycles.
We invite you for breakfasts included in the price of accommodation and for dinners, which you can purchase additionally from us. In Sokolisko we serve Carpathian and traditional cuisine, all of which are prepared by us on site.
Breakfast (served from 8:30 to 10:00) includes hot dishes served at the table (e.g. scrambled eggs, sausages) and a buffet. Dinners (5-6 p.m.) consist of: unportioned soup in a tureen, second course (portioned) served on platters, compote and dessert. Our menu includes home-made cold cuts and fallow deer meat dishes. If you would prefer to eat at a different time, let us know and we will definitely come up with something.
There will be a coffee and tea corner at your disposal in the dining room.
Come and immerse yourself in rural life on our charmingly situated farm. We will make sure that you feel good with us and can truly relax. We will invite you to a Russian banya, organize a feast by the bonfire and help you plan a trip.
What is worth visiting and seeing in the area?
– Very close to the Przełom Osławy Pod Mokrem nature reserve. The second reserve is Przełom Osławy Pod Duszatynem, from where the trail leads to the Zwiezło Reserve with Lake Duszatyńskie on the slope of Chryszczata. In the Osława Valley you will see many historic churches (you will see them in the towns: Radoszyce, Komańcza, Rzepedź, Smolnik, Morochów, Szczawne and Turzańsk).
– 3 km from us there is the Tarpan equestrian center offering horse riding lessons for both children and adults.
– Dam in Solina and Lake Solina. A cable car route runs along the dam, from which you can admire the lake, the surrounding hills and the green gentle ranges of the Słonne Mountains and the Bieszczady Mountains, while you can sail or kayak on the lake, as well as kitesurfing.
–Lake Myczkowskie surrounded by a network of walking trails. It's more wild and intimate here than on Lake Solina. You can have a picnic on the grass by the shore or go to the viewpoint in the quarry in Bóbrka.
– Historical and cultural path Around Baladhora, thanks to which you will discover the most interesting places and areas of the villages of Morochów, Mokre and the no longer existing village of Zawadka Morochowska.
– There are several health resorts in the area where you can taste mineral waters, these are: Iwonicz, Rymanów, Krynica and Polańczyk.
– Lesko, where you can see the Kmita Castle from the 16th century, located on the bank of the San River, and a synagogue with one of the most valuable Jewish cemeteries in Poland (the oldest grave dates back to the first half of the 16th century).
– Park of Miniature Temples in Myczkowce.
– Góra Sobień Reserve with a viewing platform (the so-called Bieszczady Gate).
– Ruins of the castle in Sobień.
– Ruins of the Discalced Carmelite Monastery in Zagórze.

– Tourist trails of the Sanok-Turczańskie Mountains (e.g. the Red Przemyśl-Sanok Trail, the Trail in the Footsteps of the Good Soldier Švejk or the Yellow Trail from Orle Kamień to Sanok).
– We are just over 70 km away from the Połoniny: Wetlińska and Caryńska.
The nearest ski lifts are in Ustrzyki and Weremien.
For children, we have a playground, an indoor corner with toys, games, table football and an air hockey table, as well as fallow deer, which the youngest enjoy watching.
