Life moves slowly under the Sudeten sky. From the terrace there is a view of the hills and between them a soaring church tower, like in a sleepy town from the movie "Chocolate". However, this is not the south of France, but tiny Łężyce - a village in the buffer zone of the Table Mountains National Park. You can do absolutely nothing here if that's what you want, although coming on holiday to the Kłodzko Valley and not being amazed by the richness of the local nature and culture would be an art. Whichever direction you go, delights await you. Did you know, for example, that the area can feel like you're on the African savannah? This is what the locals say about Łężyckie Skałki, a large mountain meadow on the way to Duszniki, due to its steppe character and waist-high grass. Or maybe you are a spa atmosphere lover? If so, be sure to go to Duszniki-Zdrój, a pastel town where a film could be directed by Wes Anderson himself. And these are just a few of the surprises hidden in our area. From two houses with fabulous terraces, with nature and peace around you, you can set out to discover more.
I invite you to the houses that were built in idyllic circumstances in the buffer zone of the Table Mountains National Park. There is a fabulous view of the hills, the town of Łężyce with a historic church, the Orlickie Mountains and the Puchacz Rocks. Life moves slowly.
Both year-round, heated 35 m² cottages are located on a green, unfenced area on a hill. Each of them has:
– living room with dining room and kitchenette (2 people can sleep on the sofa here),
– 2 double bedrooms,
– bathroom with shower,
– terrace with garden furniture and barbecue,
– grass terrace outside the house with deckchairs and a hammock.
NOTE: the red house has 1 bedroom with bunk beds and another with a double bed, and the blue house has 2 bedrooms with double beds.
On our property there is also a parking lot, a picturesque garden, a playground for various games, a barbecue area, comfortable deckchairs and a charming hammock.
For the sake of our smaller brothers, including: hedgehogs, not all our lawns are beautifully mowed. We want to give them the opportunity to hide in the tall grass :)
Both houses have fully equipped kitchenettes, as well as coffee, tea, spices, oil, flour and a sandwich maker.

What’s there for children?
We welcome children of all ages, but please remember that we do not have cots for little ones.
Our place is very popular among families with children. It is a great base for trips around the Kłodzko Valley. In addition, there is a large, safe green area with a volleyball court and a playground.
What’s there for employees?
A well-functioning Internet will easily enable you to work. It is especially nice to do it on the terrace.
