You'll recognize Villa Marianna by its vanilla-colored facade, half-timbered walls, and distinctive building shape. Before the war, it was a guesthouse, then a school, then the "Pod Wilkiem" restaurant, and finally a summer camp. In the 19th century, it was called Gasthoff zum Waldschloessel, housed an indoor bowling alley, and even had a beach with a café on the riverbank. Spa guests from Lądek-Zdrój loved to come here. When our parents bought the building, they completely renovated it. We expanded the space with additional rooms (we have 13 in total), a restaurant, banquet and breakfast room, a playground, a sports field, a spa, and a marquee for events. We have the entire family on site – us, our two sisters, our husbands, four children, two dogs, and as many cats. We invite you to stay in a family-run guesthouse with breakfast included, access to a sauna, hot tub, and a large green area. We especially warmly welcome cyclists, as we have master-level bikes. We know the trails, and we have storage, service, and maps. For those without their own two wheels, we offer bikes from our own MTB and E-MTB rental. We can organize tours and trips to bike parks for you, and afterward, we'll invite you for a massage and physiotherapy. We're the perfect base for active pursuits, in a region free from traffic jams, free from property developments, and free from housing developments. We offer comfortable rooms and apartments—designed for those who enjoy their own style of relaxation: active, comfortable, and without the usual hotel rigidity.

Each room and apartment has its own bathroom with a shower and a TV, and some apartments also feature a kitchenette. This is a great solution for couples, families, groups of friends, as well as those who enjoy having their favorite coffee, cheese, wine, or something simple for dinner on hand after a long day in the mountains.

Breakfast is included in the price, and we also prepare dinners for those interested. You can use our room, which is perfect for meetings, board games, and intimate events, as well as the terrace, garden, barbecue shelter, fire pits, and a room with a ping-pong table and foosball table.

Willa Marianna is primarily a base for those who come to the mountains for exercise, space, and regeneration. We run our own e-MTB and MTB rentals, and for guests with their own bikes, we offer a lockable bike storage room, a washer, a washing machine, service tools, maps, and our truly extensive knowledge of where to go. We can also take you on a tour of our magical places if the weather is right. We're right next to hiking and cycling trails, close to Singletrack Glacensis, the Śnieżnik Massif, Lądek-Zdrój, Stronie Śląskie, and Czarna Góra.

After an active day, a spa under the stars awaits you: a sauna and a hot tub. It's the perfect combination after cycling, skiing, trekking, or simply a day spent outdoors.
We're a place for those who don't need entertainment from morning to night, but enjoy good conditions, freedom, and a few sensible options at their fingertips.
Willa Marianna is your mountain base.

For breakfast we serve delicious coffee, cold meats from our own smokehouse, the legendary egg paste, a selection of cheeses, hot dishes, vegetables, jams, fresh bread and cereals. Dinners are served from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. They consist of soup, main course, dessert and hot and cold drinks. We also cook vegetarian. If you have any food intolerances, please let us know in advance.

Our meals are prepared by Jarek, a chef with many years of experience. We cook tasty, fresh food and adapt to the needs of our guests, especially the youngest ones. We try to adapt the menu to the nature of your trip. We offer different dishes during a family trip, different ones for men's groups on bicycle trips, and still different ones when we host a vegan wedding or yoga workshop. We are also happy to take on challenges, such as catering on the top of a high mountain, among the ruins of a castle, or feeding 1,000 runners during the Lower Silesian Mountain Running Festival. In one sentence - nothing is terrible for us.

It will be difficult to list everything that awaits you there, but we will try. Our pride is our own equestrian center. We teach horse riding, organize field trips, educational activities with horses, as well as walks and gymnastics on horses for children. In our stable we have ponies, small horses and haflingers. Over 40 years in the saddle and 20 years of owning our own horses mean that we already know quite a lot about them and we love to share this knowledge.

There is also an electric bike rental on our premises. We can organize a trip for you to our favorite and unusual places, e.g. Konec světa.

At your disposal on site will be: a sauna, a custom-made hot tub, a yoga room, a barbecue shelter, a sports field and a bonfire place. The roaring Biała Lądecka River flows through our area, and on the other side of the road there is a forest with tourist trails, bicycle paths and climbing rocks.

You will enjoy your time here: cycling (this is where the 260-kilometer Singletrack Glacensis stretches with one-way forest paths for experienced cyclists), hiking in the Golden Mountains and Śnieżnik, entering the viewing platform on Mount Trojak or Borówkowa Góra, visiting the Radochowska Cave and the Bear Cave, galloping through the meadows, swimming in the swimming pool in Stara Morawa, visiting the Kłodzko fortress, participating in cultural events in Lądek-Zdrój. It is also worth going to Złoty Stok and walking along the underground tourist route of the Gold Mine with an underground waterfall.

In Lądek-Zdrój itself, you can visit:
– Arboretum dendrological park, and then go a little further to the Jadwiga spring,
– Zdrój "Wojciech" natural medicine facility with neo-baroque decorations, a beautiful swimming pool with thermal water and 19th-century pearl bathtubs,
– market square with several historic churches.

In addition to the Red Main Sudetes Trail, it is worth walking along the Marianna Orańska trail, the Borderland Peaks scenic trail and the trail from the Marianna guesthouse leading to the Table Rocks. In turn, Skałki Lądeckie is a treat for rock climbers. From Orłowiec you can go to Orłówka, Jawornik, Borówkowa (a beautiful panorama of the Golden Mountains) or Wójtowa. There is a training and training path for Nordic walking near Złoty Stok.

The nearest ski station is in Lądek-Zdrój, a little further there are the resorts of Czarna Góra and Zieleniec. We recommend a wild trip to Śnieżnik for ski tourers, and for runners to Bielice, where there is a total of 85 km of routes on both the Polish and Czech sides.

Children at Our Home

Following the changes that Willa Marianna has undergone, families with older children are most comfortable here—those who enjoy being active, can handle a trail, are happy to hop on a bike, go to the observation tower, a cave, the water, or simply need a little freedom.

We are no longer a place with entertainment from morning to evening and a toddler program. We are more of a base for families who want to spend time together: actively, close to nature, and without too many attractions handed to them on a silver platter.

Older children and teenagers usually feel at home here, as the surrounding area offers many opportunities. You can go hiking, cycling, try the Glacensis Singletrack trails, climb Trojak or Borówkowa Góra, visit Niedźwiedzia Cave, Radochowska Cave, the Gold Mine in Złoty Stok, the swimming pool in Stara Morawa, or go skiing in Lądek-Zdrój, Czarna Góra, or Zieleniec in winter.

In summer, an additional attraction for children is the large outdoor swimming pool. It's not a water park with thousands of slides, but on hot days, it does exactly what it needs: allowing you to cool off, have fun in the water, relax after a hike, and give parents a moment of peace and quiet on a lounger or with a coffee.

Children who feel most at home with us in the summer are usually the slightly older ones—those who, after breakfast, can be taken on a trail, bike ride, to a cave, by the water, or to the observation tower, and then tossed in the pool upon return to round off the day with the simplest and most effective summer activity.

We offer rooms and apartments with bathrooms, some with kitchenettes, breakfast, the option of ordering dinner, a garden, board games, darts, ping-pong, and a spa area with a sauna and hot tub. These are excellent conditions for families who enjoy a comfortable base, but the most important things happen outside the room—on the trail, in the forest, on a bike, in the water, or at the communal table after a long day.

If your children are old enough to choose adventure, their own room, a bike, a swimming pool, a bonfire, board games, or an evening in the hot tub—there's a good chance they'll enjoy their stay with us.

If you have to work, we let you know that Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building works flawlessly. You can sit down on the terrace with your laptop, take a seat in the small dining room or set up a position in the garden. You can also easily organize workshops for a larger group. We have a banquet hall with an oak parquet floor inside the building, a barbecue shelter and a large tent with its own catering and sanitary facilities, perfect for events.
