41 years of holidays in the same place don't lie: Groń is one of a kind. Here we find everything we need to relax body and spirit - in winter, there are ski tours and downhill skiing, because our whole family joins the ski club. As soon as the warmer months come, we hit the trail and the road. After all these years, we have not yet been satisfied with all the possibilities, on the contrary - with each stay our appetite grows. We knew that this was where our house would be: with a highlander character, but with all the amenities. Drawing on Podhale design and traditional construction techniques, but not avoiding the achievements of modernity, such as a comfortable sauna. Do you like spending time as much as we do? We wanted the tradition of Podhale architecture to combine with modernity in our house. That's why we have provided 250 m² for our guests, prepared for the arrival of 18 people. A huge common space awaits you: a dining room with a large wooden table, a living room with a fireplace, soft sofas and armchairs.

We have prepared for you 7 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a sauna and relaxation area, a large terrace, a beautifully kept garden, a fireplace, a barbecue, a large parking lot and a ski room.

Our friend is a true kitchen virtuoso. Whenever he comes to Groń, he immediately puts on an apron and starts a culinary dance, so we know what feasts can start here. Our fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to combine flavors, colors and smells into an unforgettable story. You can turn regional delicacies and seasonal products, which you can easily buy near Chata Groń, into a unique dinner for friends.

We know that nothing can replace live fire. That's why we have provided our guests with a fireplace with a grill and a solid gas grill. Sausage with a view of Giewont, a cast-iron cauldron filled with aromatic delicacies, potatoes on the embers, melting oscypek cheese and sparks shooting into the starry sky? Why not! However, if you want to taste regional dishes prepared by Bukowina chefs, there are inns and cozy pubs, often with live music, waiting for you.

BICYCLES
The area around Chata Groń is a paradise for bicycle lovers. One of the most famous attractions is the Trail Around the Tatras - a cross-border Polish-Slovak bicycle project with an over 250-kilometer loop.

A popular section is the part of the trail leading from Nowy Targ to Trstená in Slovakia. It has both gentle sections with beautiful views and demanding climbs for ambitious gravel riders. The routes lead through Podhale, Orava, Liptov and Spiš, areas that are particularly important for pastoral culture.

For families and people with less experience, an ideal option is the trail around Lake Czorsztyn, the so-called Velo Czorsztyn, with the possibility of a boat trip.

For seasoned road cyclists, the Tour De Pologne route runs a few hundred meters from Chata Groń. Significant elevation gains and straight sections of asphalt are an excellent place to train your driving skills and technique.

HIKING TRAILS
In the immediate vicinity of the house there are gentle routes to the upper station of Kotelnica Białczańska and the descent to Białka Tatrzańska - along the slopes of Kaniówka. The entire area around Groń is connected with charming, rarely frequented paths and walking routes.

After a fifteen-minute drive, we will reach Palenica Białczańska, from where we can follow the trail to the most popular Tatra attractions: Morskie Oko and the Valley of Five Polish Ponds. At a similar distance: 15-30 minutes by car - there are equally beautiful and less frequented tourist trails of the Slovak Tatras.

SKI SLOPES
The Chata Groń area is a ski paradise. Within a 5-minute drive there is the most popular ski resort in Poland, Kotelnica Białczańska, and the atmospheric RusińSKI Ski Station. For more advanced winter sports enthusiasts, the Jurgów Ski Ski Station, located 15 minutes away by car, is an excellent option.

SKITURING
The area around Chata Groń creates ideal conditions for practicing ski touring. Right from the doorstep of our house, even beginner ski tourers can take up a sports challenge, heading towards Kotelnica Białczańska or Rusiński Wierch. For more advanced tourists, a real treat will be the extensive network of hiking trails located in the Tatra National Park.

THERMAL
Not far from Chata Groń there are the most famous geothermal centers of Podhale - Termy Bukowina and Termy Bania. It is worth taking advantage of their rich offer, especially after an intense day spent on ski slopes and trails.

For our youngest guests, we have prepared a play corner, professional table football and board games. Our safe garden, located away from the road, tempts you to run, jump and play as much as you want.

The Internet allows you to work freely - we tested it for video calls and online presentations. Of course, if 18 people connected at the same time, there may be problems, because it is radio Internet. However, it will be perfect for standard solo remote work needs.
