Vejminek Malý Statek

Hi, this is Bára and Vojta. Welcome to our Vejmink near the Small farm. If you think that we became landlords with the snap of a finger, we have to disappoint you. It was exactly the opposite. It all kind of came gradually. For example, also thanks to the fact that we wanted to know what we really eat and how things are really grown... In the end, we decided that we would exchange life in Prague (where we had everything on a golden platter and with rose-colored glasses) for life on a farm and we will be peasants. And in order to be self-sufficient, we started to plant flower beds, grow crops and gradually bought pets as roommates. :) All of course with respect for nature. Our search for a farm lasted 2 years, and from the original search around Prague, we ended up in the south of Bohemia in the district of České Budějovice. Even the reconstruction was not a walk in the park, we could tell you that for a long time. But fortunately, we can now invite you to Vejminek, where you too can enjoy real village life with all its sounds and peaceful rhythm. Vejminek has a separate entrance and although we live next door, you will have privacy. We will be happy to invite you to a tour of the farm and, if you wish, you can also try how things work here. Or we can show you how to make friends with the tiled stove (during baking, cooking). Well, we are planning a bread baking demonstration in the future, so keep your fingers crossed for us.
