Guests often ask us "where did the idea for the Valley of Yurts come from?" Although the idea and decision itself appeared spontaneously, we had a specific vision from the beginning. We created a space that combines closeness to nature and peace with high-level comfort.
Our yurts are intimate and cozy interiors designed for people looking for solace, rest and "hiding away" away from stimuli. Before we started building, we were looking for a place that would provide silence, would be "in the middle of nowhere" and at the same time delight with the beauty of Masurian nature. As they say? Darkest under the lamp? As it turned out over time - the ideal place was right next to us, by an abandoned settlement in Sulimach, near Giżycko. Here, walking along the winding path among the hills and wild meadows, you can meet our curious neighbors - roe deer, moose or hares. During the construction, they often accompanied us, so we had the opportunity to learn about their habits and observe how comfortable they feel here with their young.
We will gladly advise you which places are worth seeing, where to eat something delicious and how to get to know Masuria in its most beautiful, peaceful edition. We created this place for people who value silence, closeness to nature and comfort. If you dream of escaping the hustle and bustle, hiding in a cozy corner and gazing at the starry Masurian sky, we are waiting for you in the Valley of Yurts.

Our glamping is distinguished by its spaciousness and large distances between individual yurts. We did not want to cram as many tents as possible onto a piece of land - we wanted you to relax in a cozy and intimate way. For this purpose, each yurt has a terrace and windows facing a different direction. We have equipped them with comfortable beds, kitchenettes with utensils, spacious bathrooms, air conditioning and heating. Each of them has a slightly different decor and atmosphere. Additionally, Yurts 1 and 2 are equipped with fireplaces.
We said "no" to cramped conditions and "yes" to comfort and high standards. Our area is 15 hectares of meadows located 4 km from Giżycko, and the yurts are located in the southern part of the plot. There are lakes and forests around, and the Borecka Forest begins a few km to the north. There is also an old farm with a house, a barn and a barn on site. We are constantly working on bringing the farm back to life :) Due to the frequent visits of wild animals, we invite you to our settlement without pets. Yurts are designed for 2 people.
We recommend delicious breakfasts prepared by the team of our favorite cafe "Prosto z Młynka". We offer several versions of breakfasts at the price of PLN 45 / portion, which are delivered to the door of the yurt around 9:00 :) The meals are composed of regional products, delicious bread and sweet pastries. There are many restaurants worth visiting in the area - we recommend the best ones in the brochures available in the yurts. Some of them deliver orders for glamping :)
What we are most pleased about is that although we are only 4 km from the attractions of Giżycko, it is wild and quiet here. Our area is large - it is as much as 15 ha, but even if you want to enjoy the charms of the nearest area, you can do so without having any contact with civilization. You can get everywhere by bike. You can leave your car at the entrance and switch to analog mode for the entire period. We have 3 beaches in the area:
- in the forest and in the field - both are wild and are located on Lake Kruklin, which is completely empty and very charming. You can get there by bike, it is about 4-5 km,
- a swimming pool on Lake Niegocin - if you prefer to be closer to the attractions,
- municipal beaches in Bystry (Niegocin Lake) and Kruklanki (Gołdapiwo Lake) - quiet but with drinks and ice cream available :)
We like to say that wild Masuria begins from the north of our plot. Well, maybe not completely wild, but less fashionable and popular. There you will find charming bike routes leading along former railway embankments - for this purpose it is worth taking two wheels with you or using our youngtimer bikes, which are at your disposal.
Are you fascinated by the world of horses? Our friend Agata runs a wonderful place next door: the Rajkonik stud farm. You can arrange a ride, walk with horses or development workshops with their participation. Agata will help you understand animals, their habits and will allow you to build a bond with them. These are very relaxing activities that bring a lot of satisfaction. If you feel like it, we can organize them for you - Agata will be waiting with the horses under your yurt.
Or maybe a pinch of adrenaline on a Motorglider? Our friend Dominik is a pilot and instructor of a motorglider. If you would like to see Masuria from above, Dominik knows exactly where to take you. The area around Giżycko is full of tourist attractions: – a beautiful urban forest – a water tower with a view and the Boyen Fortress in Giżycko, – Hitler's headquarters: the Wolf's Lair in Gierłoż, – a blown-up railway bridge in Kruklanki, – the Sapina River, which we recommend for a kayaking trip.

What’s there for employees?
We have GSM internet, which you can safely rely on during the week (if you would like to come for workation). When it gets crowded in Giżycko, e.g. during the May weekend, we notice disruptions and gaps. In principle, however, the internet works well and is sufficient for standard needs.
