We invite you to an atmospheric, 120-meter exclusive house, situated on a plot of over 5,060 m² (including 663 m² of which is a pond stocked with fish). Our plot is picturesquely situated between two lakes - Upałckie Duży and Upałckie Mały. The house is one-story and has separate day and night zones: – the living area is a 5 m high living room with a fireplace, a mezzanine with a reading corner, which can be accessed by a ladder, and further in the house – a dining room connected to the kitchen (from both the living room and the kitchen you can go out to the external terraces), – in the night zone there are three bedrooms (the first with a double bed and a view of the garden, the second with two single beds that can be joined together and the third with a double bed), a bathroom with two sinks and a large (180 cm) shower. Each bedroom can easily accommodate a baby cot or a fold-out sofa on which two additional people can sleep. There are plenty of swings in the house and on the terraces, and there is a sauna at the bottom of the plot. You have access to a pond stocked with fish where you can fish for carp. We also have a fireplace for you. Our plot is partially fenced, please take this into account when bringing your pets, which are welcome.

We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen with huge, panoramic windows overlooking the garden. This way you can keep an eye on your children while cooking. You will eat meals together at an over 2-meter oak table (after the fiftieth jar, we stopped counting the age of our specimen) created by Grzegorz. For outdoor breakfasts, we invite you to the terrace, where there is a table with chairs and a lounge sofa with a coffee table. In the kitchen, you will find teas made from linden flowers and mint leaves, dried by us, and in the garden - fresh herbs and seasonal organic fruits - help yourself. Our guide, who will be waiting at home, will tell you where to get local products: eggs, cheese, honey, jam, homemade preserves, where to eat well and where to go for the best coffee. Below is also a list of recommendations.

Upałty is not the exact center of the Great Masurian Lakes. You will find us away from intense water and road traffic. We are surrounded by nature, and you get peace and quiet for free. We are located 7 kilometers from Giżycko, the sailing capital of Poland. In the vicinity there are forests of the Borecka Forest and there are lakes: Upałckie Duże and Upałckie Małe, which you can reach on foot in 1 minute. It may happen that forest animals appear near the house - deer, foxes and hares, beavers and even badgers. And the birds singing here are constant. Inside and on our green area, we have prepared for you: – a large terrace "in the air", from which you can freely cast a fishing rod and relax in the shade of ivy, – a covered, almost 40-meter terrace (where you can turn on a string of lights in the evening) with swings and a sofa, – a place for a bonfire (you will have sticks, stumps and a fireplace at your disposal, and even a smokehouse - if you would like to smoke fish, we will be happy to help). – table on the terrace for outdoor breakfasts, – in the lower part of the plot there is a wood-fired sauna, where we will prepare a session for you if you wish (one 3-hour session is included in the price of the stay, the others are charged additionally), – a stocked pond full of carp, sturgeon, grass carp, pike and various other fish; we live in harmony with nature, we catch and release fish ourselves and we ask you to do the same). You will reach Lake Upałckie Małe in a minute. There is a municipal swimming pool above it. There is also a fishing spot (you can buy a permit from your neighbor). You will reach the second lake in 3 minutes. There is no beach on it, there are mostly private descents, but our neighbor will be happy to take you on a boat trip along it. We are also close to the small Kąpskie lake and the Kruklin fishing spot. The surroundings of Giżycko are full of tourist attractions: – Boyen fortress in Giżycko, – the unique Marian Sanctuary in Święta Lipka, – Wolf's Lair in Gierłoż, – blown up railway bridge in Kruklanki, – the Sapina River, along which you can go kayaking. There will be a subjective guide to places worth seeing and tasting.
