There was a slope on the hill, there was no road. Wild, without visible buildings, with nature all around. Tempting enough to climb up and have a look around. We managed to cover only a quarter of the way and a glance from above confirmed our belief that it was here, in Babice, on the border of the Dynów and Przemyśl foothills, that we would have a place to stop. These regions "in the Bieszczady Mountains" do not mean much to everyone yet. There are untrodden mountain trails, Carpathian forests full of nature reserves, the Przemyśl Foothills Landscape Park which is a haven for wildcats, lynx, bears and Carpathian deer, as well as the San valley, which you can look at from two cottages where you can experience hygge. Read a book on the mesh net on the mezzanine, sit on the terrace with a cup of tea, eat breakfast in the garden to the accompaniment of birds singing, and plan time in the greenhouse with an opening roof, where there is a bathtub with a jacuzzi, an atmospheric fireplace and a comfortable sofa. It's still wild here, the built road leads along an embankment and the driveway is steep (sometimes in winter you have to leave your car in the parking lot below), but the views are fabulous, the peace is overwhelming, and it's a total reset.
Babice lies on the border of the Przemyśl Foothills and Dynowskie Foothills. It's here that we've created a place where you can truly experience hygge. Two modern cottages with large windows and atmospheric interiors await you. Each cottage has its own spa area with a jacuzzi for your exclusive use throughout your stay.
The cottages are 65 m² and vary in interior design and layout.
The Cozy cottage has two bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed. The Hytte cottage doesn't have a mezzanine; it has two separate bedrooms (each with a large double bed and a single bed). Two additional guests (in each cottage) can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen. Each cottage has a bathroom with a shower.
The Cozy cottage's décor is dominated by natural wood, white floors, and dusty pink stairs. Hytte is a cottage finished in a Scandinavian style with whitewashed boards and black and wooden accents.
In front of the cottages are terraces with comfortable furniture and fireplaces with a grill (no need to worry about wood supply).
We have a private forest and views of the San River Valley and mountain peaks. Access can sometimes be a problem in winter (chains may be required), but we have parking available downstairs.
There's no shortage of great places to enjoy a delicious meal in our area. We highly recommend Dworski Młyn, just a 5-minute drive away, and Cudawianki, about 20 minutes away. Both restaurants serve fresh dishes and local delicacies.
You'll also find a menu at the cottage, where you can order meals delivered directly to your cottage at a time convenient for you.
Come to the Przemyśl Foothills (specifically, the border between the Przemyśl and Dynowskie foothills) to escape the hustle and bustle of the city without sacrificing the comforts and amenities of civilization. Each of our cottages will delight you with a cozy and visually pleasing interior. Here, you can experience hygge and enjoy the little things you can't deny yourself: river views, birdsong, breakfast in the garden, a book read in a hammock, or a walk in the forest (we have our own fragrant forest).
Each cottage has its own spa area with a jacuzzi for exclusive use.
The Cozy Cottage is a greenhouse with a retractable roof. We created this space for complete relaxation. It features a jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, a large table, and sofas for lounging. There's also Bluetooth access for enjoying your favorite music. Hytte Cottage - a modern, glass-enclosed pergola with retractable walls and a stunning view of the San Valley. Inside, there's a jacuzzi and a large table for communal meals. In front of the pergola, a fireplace with comfortable armchairs awaits - the perfect place to enjoy the silence, birdsong, and the crackle of burning wood.

The Green Velo route runs through our region. In Przemyśl, near the ski slope, there's also the Fort Trails bike park with trails of varying difficulty.
Welcome with children! For the youngest we have a beautiful wooden house, swings, a slide, a sandbox, hammocks, and inside there are board games, puzzles and cards. Children will also like the net located on the mezzanine, where they can admire the views and have a good nap. The Przemyśl Foothills are great for walking and sightseeing, and if you want to go on family trail trips, the Bieszczady Mountains are only a short distance away!
The internet is fast and you can work with us if you need to. The table in the dining room will provide you with comfort and beautiful views, you can also work on the terrace, and if you need peace, hide in one of the bedrooms.
