There was a slope on the hill, there was no road. Wild, without visible buildings, with nature all around. Tempting enough to climb up and have a look around. We managed to cover only a quarter of the way and a glance from above confirmed our belief that it was here, in Babice, on the border of the Dynów and Przemyśl foothills, that we would have a place to stop. These regions "in the Bieszczady Mountains" do not mean much to everyone yet. There are untrodden mountain trails, Carpathian forests full of nature reserves, the Przemyśl Foothills Landscape Park which is a haven for wildcats, lynx, bears and Carpathian deer, as well as the San valley, which you can look at from two cottages where you can experience hygge. Read a book on the mesh net on the mezzanine, sit on the terrace with a cup of tea, eat breakfast in the garden to the accompaniment of birds singing, and plan time in the greenhouse with an opening roof, where there is a bathtub with a jacuzzi, an atmospheric fireplace and a comfortable sofa. It's still wild here, the built road leads along an embankment and the driveway is steep (sometimes in winter you have to leave your car in the parking lot below), but the views are fabulous, the peace is overwhelming, and it's a total reset.
Babice is located on the border of the Przemyśl Foothills and the Dynowskie Foothills. This is where we have created a place for you where you can achieve hygge. Two modern houses with large glazing and a greenhouse with a jacuzzi and a fireplace are waiting for you here.
Each house has 65 m², but has a slightly different sleeping arrangement. The Cozy cottage has one bedroom (with a double bed) on the mezzanine. The second one is located on the ground floor (it has a double bed and a single bed). The Hytte house does not have a mezzanine, there are two separate bedrooms (each with a large double bed and one single bed). Two additional people (in each cottage) can sleep on a fold-out sofa in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen. Each cottage has a bathroom with a shower.
The interior design of the Cozy house is dominated by natural wood, the house has a white floor and dusty pink stairs. Hytte is a house finished in a Scandinavian style with whitewashed boards and black and wooden accents.
In front of the houses there are terraces with comfortable furniture and fireplaces with grates (you don't have to worry about a supply of wood).
We have a private forest for you and a view of the San valley and mountain hills. Access may be difficult in winter (chains may be necessary), but we have a parking lot for you downstairs.
Come to the Przemyśl Foothills (specifically, the border of the Przemyśl and Dynowskie foothills) to hide here and stay away from the city noise, without giving up the comforts and achievements of civilization. Each of our houses will delight you with a cozy and pleasing interior. Here you can feel hygge and enjoy the little things that you don't have to deny yourself: the view of the river, the singing of birds, breakfast eaten in the garden, a book read in a hammock or a walk in the forest (we have our own fragrant forest).
There is a glass greenhouse with a retractable roof waiting for you on our premises. We created this space for you to experience complete relaxation. There is a bathtub with a jacuzzi, a fireplace and couches to sit on. There is also Bluetooth access to enjoy your favorite music.
