Svätý Anton is not just a village surrounded by Štiavnické hills. You will also find a mansion with the same name and rich symbolism, where the Bulgarian Tsar Ferdinand Coburg once lived. Originally, the mansion had 4 entrances, as there are seasons, 7 arcades as 7 days of the week, exactly 12 chimneys as the months of the year, 52 rooms as the number of weeks in the year and days here in the mansion are symbolized by 365 windows.

Our symbolism is a little different. 50, 3 and 4.
50 meters from this mansion stands the house that became ours.
3 as 3 spacious apartments - or apartments in it. The house was once inhabited by servants from the manor house, today after the reconstruction you can fully relax here. Each apartment is independent and has a lot of privacy. We have preserved the spirit of ancient times in them - so that you can wash under running and warm water, but so that you are not deprived of anything from the past. Directly opposite the house is the entrance to the garden and a large English park. And when the sun is shining, feel free to have a picnic by the waterfall or relax in the shade of the old trees after visiting the mansion.
And the last one is 4 - as the number of kilometers that separate us from the magical Banská Štiavnica.

During the reconstruction, we made sure that the entire Soví dom retained its historical character, but also that you did not have to give up the achievements of modern times. We think we have succeeded, but it will be great when you see for yourself.

You can rent Sovi House as a whole or one of the apartments separately.

APARTMENT No. 2 (max. 5 persons)
- 1 bedroom (double bed), living room with dining table and single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower

APARTMENT No. 3 (max. 4 persons)
- 1 bedroom (double bed and sofa bed), bathroom with shower and small kitchenette
- area 35 m2

If you are a fan of piano music, you won't miss the right instrument here - you can find it at the reception.

Each apartment has heating with its own regulation system. It will be set to 20 degrees before your arrival. Historic stoves can only be used on request.

THE ENTIRE OWL HOUSE (max. 14 persons)
You can rent one of the apartments individually, or if you want to come in a larger group, you can also rent the entire Soví dom.

All apartments have a common outdoor and indoor space in the center of the house.
If necessary, you will also find a laundry room with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the common areas - on request.

APARTMENT No. 1
it has a fully equipped kitchen, where you can find: microwave oven, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, popcorn maker, food processor and blender, cutlery, plates and baking tools.

APARTMENT No. 2 + APARTMENT No. 3
they have kitchenettes with: microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, double hot plate, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, plates and small kitchen equipment.

A minibar with a price list is also available in the apartments.

If you are interested, you can order breakfast - to be arranged before arrival (for an additional fee).

We also fell in love with the owl house because of its amazing location.

Judge for yourself:
- 50 m from the mansion and the museum in St. Anton
- right across the alley opposite the entrance is the entrance to the English park and garden, which later lead to the forest
- we are only 4 km from Banská Štiavnica
- go hiking or cycling in the surrounding hills
- in the summer, swimming in nature, going to the taichs or even fishing
- in winter, explore the surroundings on cross-country skis or go on the slopes at Salamandra resort

You can also try another way and go to:

- tasting of regional volcanic wines in the Vinocentrum
- to the Botanical Garden

We will add more tips for festivals:

We have children ourselves, so we know that you may feel less apprehensive when looking at our apartments. But you don't have to!
They will have a really good time with us.

First of all, at least they will be able to see things from the past live, you will explain to them how the stove works, you can run together in the park or have a picnic, go see the Golden Salon with the gilded furniture of the French Queen Marie Antoinette (in the mansion) or get married somewhere to wander around. For example, to Terra Permonia or to explore a shaft. There are really plenty of options here.
