The history of this building begins in 1921, when it was used to grind grain into flour. Our story with the mill began with Julian Wiktorski – an engineer, designer, nature enthusiast, beekeeper, and dad. Dad didn't have much, but he had big dreams. He bought the estate with the mill, which was in a state of total ruin, and no one believed his plan would ever come to fruition. He designed and renovated the hydroelectric power plant himself, planted impressive gardens, and opened one of the first agritourism farms in the area. We strive to continue his plan. We approach our hospitality the same way we approach our cuisine, because to create great dishes, you need to have a creative mind, passion, and simply love people. It's the same with the guesthouse.

We always welcome you personally and strive to ensure you have everything you need. We're constantly renovating, improving, and furnishing – it's the fulfillment of my dream of being an architect. Instead, we fulfill our passion for cooking and delicious food in our weekend restaurant. We change the menu seasonally, depending on what's growing in the garden and what we can buy from nearby farms. We serve breakfast daily, and on weekends, we also welcome guests from outside, to the café (in summer) and restaurant. Did I mention we can't sit still? We love creating – a beach in the garden, a vegetable and herb garden, or the Hydroelectric Power Plant Museum with original Francis turbines. Our guesthouse consists of five rooms, each with its own bathroom.  
The apartment (1 large double bed, 1 single bed, 2 fold-out armchairs) and one of the rooms (1 large double bed) are located on the ground floor. The other 3 rooms are located on the first floor. 
The Classic Room on the 1st floor has 1 large double bed and 1 single bed. 
The Superior Room on the 1st floor has 1 large double bed and 1 single bed. 
The Premium Room is located on the 1st floor, has 1 large double bed and 2 single beds.

We also have a cozy restaurant, open only on weekends (also for guests from outside), a hydroelectric power plant museum with Francis turbines saved from oblivion and a beautiful large garden with a river and a pond. And as befits a water mill - its own waterfall.

We serve breakfasts (for an additional fee), and our restaurant is open on weekends. We love to feed you with quality, local and seasonal food. That is why the menu changes very often, depending on what is available on nearby farms/producers. We always offer both fish and meat, as well as vegan/vegetarian options. We love to serve desserts, mulled wine and winter tea in winter, lemonades, fruit cakes and fresh salads in summer. In autumn we serve duck, pork knuckles, ravioli with baked pumpkin, hot chocolate. We make every effort to pamper your palates. Our offer is complemented by local, craft wines.

All you need to do is hide away in our garden and slowly discover its charms. A small river flows through our plot, often visited by wild birds (storks!). In the summer, all you need to do is grab a book, take one of the sun loungers on our beach and enjoy the silence and the sound of the waterfall. We also have gazebos, places for a bonfire, a pond with a jetty, swings and benches. 
A short walk through the fields will take you to the Bóbr River. And there, swimming at the rapids with small waterfalls - it will be wonderful, because it is a clean and shallow river (max. 1.5 m deep) and few tourists come to it.  
It is also worth going to Lake Dąbie Wielkie - you have 2 km to it through the forest, 5 km by road - the water in the lake is clean and there is a beach with a pier, but it can be very crowded, so if you value peace and quiet, a forest walk around the lake may be a better option.  
We also recommend going for a walk and taking a look at the Brzeźnica Palace - around it there is a park with 50 species of trees and a natural monument - the 500-year-old Wojciech Oak and a vast meadow.  
You can also see the hydroelectric power plant with a reservoir in nearby (6 km) Dychów (you can get there by car or bike through a charming wooden bridge). 
Lubuskie is great for kayaking - 4 km from us, in Stare Zagór, there is a kayaking marina, from where you can set off on a rafting trip on the Bóbr River, or you can go on a rafting trip on the Oder River. For fans of travel through flavors, there is Zielona Góra and the Summer of All Muses, the September grape harvest and a dozen or so cellars and vineyards in this city.
It is also worth going to the June Fish Harvest in Krosno Odrzańskie (a city festival with attractions for every age group - fun, competitions, games, cooking fish soup, concerts and many others).
Culturally, concerts and performances on Lake Dąbie as part of the Lubuskie Cultural Summer.

We have lots of cozy spaces where you can work. We have desks in some rooms, so you can also hide away in silence and focus on your work. But not too much, because we have a great place to relax.
