Here you will create a scenario about a holiday in the countryside. One where you can go out to the garden every morning, smell the flowers, listen to the buzzing of the bees and eat currants straight from the bush. Look into the distance, relax your eyes with greenery and walk barefoot on the grass. Although Żuraw is a wooden house built on the model of Masurian cottages, the architecture of which Kamil read at night, it is full of modernity and comfort. It's idyllic, angelic, there are insects, and the list of pleasures includes several items. Among them: a covered terrace, a piece of your own garden blooming with hollyhocks and catnip, a hot tub, a fireplace and a comfortable interior full of harmonious colors.

We moved to Masuria because we ran out of space in Warsaw. A settlement of Masurian houses with red roof tiles and green doors was built in Ławki. The garden architect took care of plants typical of the region, jasmine trees in the corners of the plot and front gardens that separate the individual cottages from each other. Next to it there is a meadow with a pool where frog concerts take place constantly, a neighbor's pasture where horses spend time at the bottom and a moose habitat. Because it's a place for everyone, and we noticed that no one wants to leave. Dogs lie down on the grass, children hide on the playground, and adults think about when they can take their next vacation.

In a settlement of Masurian houses, in Ławki near Ryn, we have a comfortable wooden house for you, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests.

You will find: 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of them can also accommodate an extra bed), two bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen and dining room. In front of it there is a covered terrace with a table, deckchairs and a swing, and right next to it - a hot tub. The house has 130 m² and can accommodate 9 people.

There is no better place to sleep than a Masurian cottage. Here, night is a real night, the air is fresh and clean, and there are no city distractions. Comfortable pine beds with comfortable H3/H4 mattresses and a pleasant brick and wooden floor create a microclimate with optimal humidity, necessary for the full regeneration of the body.

You will be a 10-minute walk from the nearest lake (with a gentle slope and an intimate beach). The house is fenced and you will probably be happy to know that it has air conditioning, so you won't be afraid of the heat here! We have 3 parking spaces for you.

You won't miss anything in our kitchen. You will prepare with us what you like best, without rushing, we hope. Upon request, we will prepare a basket of local specialties and a veggie or game pot for you.

The kitchen is equipped with: a fridge with a freezer, an induction hob, a dishwasher, an oven with baking trays, a pressure coffee machine, an electric kettle, barbecue accessories, glasses for various drinks, complete tableware (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs), art, as well as salt, pepper and sugar.

Welcome to a quiet corner of Masuria, where you can't hear the city noise and you can see nature from every window. It's close to the meadow and the forest, but for dinner it's also not far to a good restaurant in Mikołajki (15 km), Giżycko (20 km) or Mrągowo (20 km).

At your disposal will be:
• a year-round large hot tub with a wood-burning stove,
• sauna heated by a wood-burning stove,
• a natural playground for children with swings, a sandbox, a mud kitchen, and climbing logs,
• table, chairs and a swing on the terrace as well as garden furniture, deckchairs and a hammock,
• barbecue area and bonfire area.

There is a beautiful, open walking space right next to the house. And you will have a 10-minute walk to Lake Ławki, which is a quiet zone with an intimate rural beach and a gentle slope (which makes it ideal for both children and adults). There are also two other lakes nearby: Ryńskie (without a silence zone) and Ołów (ideal for fishing, with a large beach and water equipment rentals).

The Masurian Bicycle Loop route runs through Ryn. and we have trekking and MTB bikes for rent on site. You can also pedal (and walk!) along the paths of the Rudowiecki Forest, as well as gravel paths leading through picturesque meadows, forests and pastures. One of them is right next to it and horses graze there.

Masuria is not only crystal clear air, fragrant pine forests and enchantingly beautiful lakes. You will also find a lot of tourist attractions here, "urban" ones, which will make your stay even more pleasant. We especially recommend:

Lots of space to run and closeness to nature is what kids love the most. For the youngest, we have prepared a natural playground with swings, a sandbox, a mud kitchen, climbing logs, and inside we left a collection of games and books. The youngest children can explore the green area around the house as much as they want and release their energy in the tub and while running in the meadow. We encourage you to have a family picnic on a soft lawn with a view of the surrounding area.

We will provide a travel cot, a baby bathtub and a high chair on request.

Each bedroom has a desk, lamp and chair, and beautiful views and the smell of wood are free of charge. A great option for work is also a covered terrace with a table and benches and a view of a large pasture with grazing horses. Wifi is booming throughout the house, the speed is sufficient for writing e-mails and browsing websites, but you should probably give up streaming (especially in summer).
