The street made the greatest impression on us. Of course, the ruins of a church with a sky instead of a roof, old Jewish cemeteries and nature were also beautiful, but nothing could compare to Lipowa Street. It is here that Podlasie nostalgia takes place in the form of original wooden huts. We didn't want to destroy this microworld. So we bought a house from 1945, moved it to our plot and renovated it. Some people wondered: why would anyone need such a remote area, without TV, swimming pool and bars? But we liked the lack of attractions, as well as the silence, empty bike trails and the opportunity to lazy hammock with a book.

Our house is a cottage in Podlasie, which we moved from a nearby town and renovated. We decorated the windows and gables of the building with wooden ornaments and bands typical of Podlasie. While maintaining the characteristic external appearance of the house and giving the interior a slightly idyllic character, we also took care of the comfort of the residents.
There is no TV in our house - we want it to be a place conducive to long walks together, bicycle trips, contact with nature, moments spent with a good book, a place where you can hear your own thoughts and birds singing more clearly, and where you can talk together.
We want to believe that the time spent in our house will allow you to calm down, relax, and maybe stop for a while, find more opportunities to cultivate mutual relationships, as well as enjoy the silence, peace and beauty of Podlaskie nature, and at the same time get to know new places and their unique history.
