There are villages in the east where wooden huts and imperfect fences still stand, and chapels appear along the road much more often than grocery stores. Asphalt replaced cobblestones only a few years ago (or did not replace them at all), and even then you see cars on it less often than chickens. Many of us no longer remember such villages.

In one of them, among forests and meadows, there is a fairy-tale cottage. We have a kind of forest sanatorium here in the multinational Podlasie region. The indigenous people live here with respect for nature, religion and ancient traditions. If you want to learn about their culture, organic farming and the art of herbal healing, there is no better place. Climb the Holy Mountain Grabarka, find all the wonderful springs, experience and capture beautiful moments in the Podlasie countryside. We guarantee that your memories will be a shade of pink.

We invite you to the Pink House for a maximum of 4 adults with 1 child. At your disposal will be:
– bedroom with a double bed and a children's bed with slats,
– bedroom with 2 single beds,
– kitchen with a tiled stove and table,
- bathroom with shower.

In addition, there will be a large part of the farm surrounding the house waiting for you, which includes, among others: with a soothing forest, a children's playground, a barbecue area, a hammock, deckchairs and several bonfire places.

Our house operates from May to October. It is wood-fired (two tiled stoves) and additional electric heaters. Don't worry: we provide enough fuel and electricity.

In Podlasie, people eat locally and healthily. Eggs from happy hens, vegetables, fruit :) On site, we will give you contact details of people where you can buy local products.

This is a place where you can experience country life and life with nature. You can skip making plans, spend the afternoon in the garden and experiment with Podlasie flavors in the kitchen. Sit on a bench overlooking the chapel and the forest.

We are located in such a location that we are a great base for exploring the junction of Podlasie, Mazovia and the picturesque surroundings of the Bug River.
– You can go on a kayaking trip along the Bug, e.g. from Mielnik to Drohiczyn. The route will take 2-3 hours.
– 44 km from here is Drohiczyn, the historical capital of Podlasie. In Drohiczyn, you can climb the Castle Hill, where there was a castle in the Middle Ages, and from there have a look at the panorama of the Bug River, see historic churches, and even visit the Canoeing Museum. You can also go on a boat cruise on the Bug River.
– Holy Mountain Grabarka is the most important place of religious worship of the Polish Orthodox Church. Its history dates back to 1710, when the local community of Podlasie was decimated by the plague epidemic. According to an old man's revelation, salvation could be found on Mount Grabarka. Today, people drink water from the holy spring there.
– In Mielnik there is the only still active open-pit chalk mine in Poland. It was mined there 500 years ago! The huge workings can be viewed from a vantage point above the mine. This is not the only attraction of Mielnik: there you can also climb a former stronghold from the 11th century and look at the Bug River, see the ruins of a church from 1420, or take a wooden footbridge to the top of Rowska Mountain in the Bug Valley Protected Landscape Area.
– There is a guarded swimming area in Siemiatycze - one with tourist infrastructure, but if you are looking for a place where you can go for half a day with children, Siemiatycze may be a good choice. There is also a newly built, year-round swimming pool called Wodne Tarasy.
– It is best to go to Janów Podlaski with its famous stud farm of Arabian horses dating back to the Napoleonic Wars from the beginning of May to the end of September. It is the oldest state-owned stud farm in Poland. In addition to the horses, the attraction here is the 19th-century stable complex, the oldest of which: "Zegarowa" from 1848 and "Czołowa" from 1841, designed by the famous Italian architect Henryk Marconi.
– Ziołowy Zakątek in Koryciny is a place drawing on the herbal tradition of Podlasie. There you can visit the herbal botanical garden, buy mixtures for various ailments, eat dishes seasoned with your own herbs in the inn, visit the moonshiner's hut or the whisperer's house.
