We wave to you from Małopolska! Only 30 km south of Krakow, and already in a completely different world. Traffic jams do not concern us, nor smog and tourists. Here we have peace, quiet and a view of Lake Dobczyce. We also have a cottage smelling of wood and warmed by a fireplace, a bedroom with a free-standing bathtub and a sauna in the garden.

We built the cottage by ticking off the list of all the comforts needed for a romantic weekend. You can start with a bubble bath, go out for coffee in the garden, walk to the lake or for a great view to the horse farm. Then for dinner at a nearby restaurant and end the day in the sauna. Sleep long, practice closeness and take a break from the city for a while.

The cottage is perfect for a couple. It has:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub by the window.
- A living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and access to the terrace.
- A kitchenette and a table.
- A bathroom with a shower - the bathroom can only be entered from the bedroom.

There is also a large fenced area around the cottage. In the garden there is a wood-burning sauna, a barbecue, tables, chairs and deckchairs.

The cottage has a kitchen for self-catering, and if you want to go out for something to eat, we recommend:
- not far from the cottage is Stara Kuźnia, serving Polish cuisine,
- a little further is Bistro NieNażarty with an interesting menu,
- for a fresh, tasty and budget dinner I recommend Carmen in Dobczyce, lunch of the day plus compote from Monday to Friday only PLN 25,
- for a formal and exquisite dinner or lunch I recommend Dwór Sieraków.

The cottage is perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city; neighbors are far away, and the surrounding greenery and views of the water are soothing and calming. There are numerous walking trails nearby, allowing you to spend hours strolling through the forest or along Lake Dobczyce. While hiking, you might encounter various dams and pools created by beavers.

The nearly 12km-long Niezapominajka Trail runs near the cottage, and in the nearby forest there are two interesting hills: Ostysz and Trupielec.

The medieval Dobczyce Castle, with its beautiful open-air museum and lakeside dam, is located 4 km from the cottage.

On hot days, you can soak your feet in Lake Dobczyce. While swimming is officially prohibited, even in the height of summer, it's difficult to spot anyone on the beach. The largest beach is located below the Devil's Stone, in Brzezowa.

Hiking enthusiasts will also find plenty to do here; The Crown of the Beskid Wyspowy Mountains is a mountain range worth conquering, encompassing 40 peaks, two of which – Lubomir and Mogielnica – are also part of the Crown of Polish Mountains.

Not far from the cottage is also "Zaczarowane Wzgórze" (Enchanted Hill), a beautifully situated horse riding school, worth visiting just to watch the horses and admire the views.

We have good internet (fiber optic), a desk in the bedroom that is light and can easily be moved to the living room to have a beautiful view of the lake.
