Four minutes from the Krutynia River and a six-minute walk from the shores of Lake Kujno, an inconspicuous house is hidden in a large garden. We call it "House on the Trail" because it is only a paddle's throw away from the most beautiful Masurian gems. We seem to be nowhere, no one has heard of us, and yet from Borowo you can easily go to Mikołajki, Mrągowo, and Gałków. For the famous breakfast at Przechowalnia Marzeń, for a boat ride to Lake Piłakno, where there are no boomboxes, and for a kayaking trip on the Sobiepanka River.

The house is rented exclusively for 6 people (with the possibility of an extra bed for 2). In the house you will find a living room with a fireplace and a fold-out corner sofa, a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out sofa, and a second bedroom with three single beds.

The plot is fenced and green :)

We'll leave the cooking to you, but we can give you a few tips for culinary hedonism:

We'll tell you from experience: it's very nice to be bored here. He can be pleasantly bored on the sofa by the fireplace, or even better on the terrace overlooking the garden.

However, when you feel like doing a little exercise, there are many hiking trails nearby, perfect for active recreation. Our village of Borowe is a place that has remained unchanged for years, with many walking paths and lakes available for hiking and/or cycling. We encourage you to try a kayaking trip, starting at the PTTK Sorkwity water station. The example route with the finish line at the Sobiepanka River is 10 km long.

How about horse riding? Only a 4-minute drive separates you from the Hirlandia stud farm, from which you can go on a trip and get to know Masuria from the perspective of a horse's back.

It is also worth visiting the nearby towns: Mrągowo 12 km, Piecki 11 km, Mikołajki 30 km, Krutyń 23 km, Wilczy Szaniec 48 km, Ryn 34 km, Giżycko 55 km, Święta Lipka 33 km, Reszel Castle 38 km, Kadzidłowo Wild Animal Park 28 km, Galindia 32 km or the iconic Ferenstein Stud Farm in Gałków 25 km.

In the spacious, fenced area, children will find many ways to spend time outdoors in an interesting way: organize a picnic with tasty snacks, play badminton, frisbee or hide and seek. There is a stud farm only a 4-minute drive away, there are also excellent bicycle routes and several lakes around. We also highly recommend a trip to the wild animal park in Kadzidłowo.

Our house is equipped with a play corner with board games, a tipi and badminton equipment.

There is a desk in each room, and we provide Internet access to our guests.
