Although the modern Zwardoń has only 800 inhabitants, in the 1930s it was a competition for Zakopane itself. People came here because of the favorable microclimate and snow cover that lasted even until April. Even earlier, on November 3, 1884, a railway line from Żywiec to Czadca was opened, which ran through Zwardoń. Trains traveling from Lviv through Krakow to Vienna stopped here. If we go back a little, we will reach the times when a trade route to Hungary ran through one of the village's settlements, which was used to export salt and import copper, iron ore and wine. A lot has happened throughout history in the village, picturesquely located under the Zwardońska Pass, separating the Silesian and Żywiec Beskids. Today, it is definitely quieter. And we are very happy about that. In a quiet part of the village, with a view of meadows and forests, we have created a haven of peaceful relaxation. This is helped by: comfortable interiors, a fireplace in the pastel living room, a huge terrace for sitting, a sauna and a jacuzzi with bubbles in the garden. Gather your favorite people and fall by the mountain stream, into the greenery and mountains, which are a pleasure to walk on.

In Zwardoń we have a haven of peace for you - a large house with a view of the mountains and glades, which is best admired from a large terrace, necessarily with your favorite people. You can gather as a family or friends and drop by for up to 13 people.

The house has 250 m² and 5 bedrooms. Three of them have large double beds, the fourth has a double bed, and the fifth has a double bed and a single bed. There are 4 bathrooms in the house. On the ground floor there is a common area - a spacious living room with a fireplace and two fold-out sofas, connected to the kitchen and dining room with a large table.

On site you will also find:
- a sauna inside the house,
- a jacuzzi in a large garden,
- a spacious terrace,
- covered parking spaces,
- a mountain stream flowing nearby (on our plot),
- a large bathtub in one of the bathrooms,
- a place for a bonfire with a grill,
- a large, green, over-hectare plot.

The kitchen in the house is well-equipped, and the large table can accommodate the whole family or a group of friends. Our terrace is perfect for hosting feasts that can be prepared on the hearth. We recommend trying local specialties – especially delicious cheeses, which you can buy in the area.

We have picturesque views of meadows and forests and wildlife that you can admire – roe deer visit us very often. Our plot is over a hectare and there is a mountain stream flowing through it, which is especially fun for children.

In the evening, you can jump into the jacuzzi or warm up in the sauna. Sit by the fireplace in the living room, catch up on TV series and spend time together.

One of the rooms is dedicated to children and can easily be transformed into a playland, thanks to the toys that are on site and that you will probably bring with you. For the little ones, there is a teepee tent and outdoor games.
