At a glance
We came up with a plan years ago. We wanted to run agritourism of the type we knew from southern Europe. What does it mean? We didn't just want a guest house. We dreamed of a place that would harmonize with the surrounding area, blend in with it, and also give back to the village and its inhabitants. We can call ourselves representatives of the last wave of agro precursors in Poland, and today, over a decade later, we can also say that it turned out quite well. The Sour Apple attracts those who like people. We host families with children, couples and volunteers from all over the world who help us work on 35 ha of our farm. On summer weekends, you can meet visitors in the orchard who came to our restaurant, Niwa, for a farm-style dinner and a glass of our natural cider. Kwaśne Błko is a choice for those who appreciate the sweetness of life: good food, the surroundings of the Warmian countryside, excellent company and a sip of alcohol made from old varieties of apples.

Our reception desk and team will look after you
We have been living in the countryside for 12 years, we love good food, natural wines and traveling around Sicily. Ewa spends her days in vegetable gardens, sowing wonders for our local cuisine, Marcin collects wild apples and ferments them into one-of-a-kind natural cider. We have a head full of crazy ideas - what else we would like to do in our habitat, village and surroundings. We run an open house where you can meet people from all over the world (including volunteers who help us on the farm), and our children are educated at home, helping us with local work. When we have free time, we listen to jazz and electronica, walk in the forest and swing in a hammock.
