This house is like a sanatorium in Ciechocinek, only without Ciechocinek, senior romances and lying in mud. But as a rule: here you heal through massage, yoga and learning to truly rest. If we want, we do it in clay, we practice hippotherapy, aromatherapy, we teach how to massage faces and take care of ourselves on many levels.

Come to my world, somewhere between Łódź and Warsaw. Leave behind what does not serve you. These are not only words with which I end massages, they are a recipe for good rest.

The house has 5 spacious rooms: 2, 3 and 5-6 people. Bathrooms are shared between two rooms.

We love Polish cuisine, but with a modern twist. We offer vegetarian or vegan meals during your stay. You can order breakfast and dinner in advance. Everything is prepared from fresh, seasonal products in our kitchen.

DRY SAUNA & AUTHOR'S MASSAGES
Enter the world of "Embodiment" and settle into the bliss of your body.
Embodiment is an offer of 4 massages for every true goddess. Originally selected rituals encourage relaxation. It is relaxation of the whole body, face and a blissful connection of the senses.
Massages:
– Corporeal rituals,
– Lomi Lomi nui,
– Kobido.
I invite you to a sensitive and attentive touch accompanied by essential oils, specially selected music, the scent of candles and palo santo. The ritual ends with sound relaxation and sage cleansing. In addition to or immediately after massages, you can also use a dry sauna.

2. YOGA
We offer individual and group yoga classes on site. Tailored to you - complete beginners or for those looking for development in practice. We practice Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. We are always accompanied by pleasant, relaxing music, beautiful smells and relaxing sounds.

3. Sensory integration with HORSES
It is a therapeutic approach that uses interaction with horses to stimulate and regulate the senses. Through various activities related to horse care, people participating in the classes have the opportunity to explore various sensory stimuli and learn to regulate the body and mind's reactions to these stimuli. When in contact with an animal, a person experiences a surge of positive feelings, a sense of comfort and security. The level of oxytocin in the human body can be increased by regular spending time with a horse; the animal helps you work on yourself, teaches mindfulness, and improves your mood and well-being.

Educational workshops about horses at the Ossanto stable (through the fence from Rozpusta):
– cleaning activities in the stable,

– name and structure of basic riding equipment,
– certificate at the end of the workshop.
