In Lechaniczówka there is a forest along with the river. Are you still not there? Mistake. Only 3 quarters of an hour from Warsaw separates you from a cozy summer resort where you can admire the view of Pilica from the terrace. And when you decide that the view is not enough, you can even take a fishing rod and catch a fish or take a kayak a few hundred meters away. The rafting route is as long as 90 km, but you don't have to swim the entire length. It's important to be on time for the evening barbecue. In fact, you don't have to do anything, because compulsion does not allow you to enter the Lechanicczówka fence. Time passes lazily here like the Pilica River below. Its rhythm is determined by the visits of hares, deer, buzzards and the shadow of the only birch tree that grew in the area, moving across our plot.

Unique in this area: a modern house located on a huge plot devoid of large trees, except for one beautiful birch. A house with fast Internet access, a large TV, a dishwasher and – which is important in the era of global warming – air conditioning. On the plot, apart from the house for guests, there is also our small house (located slightly at the back). It may happen that we will rest on site. We will be happy to share with you tips on what to do in the area, but apart from that we will give you complete intimacy and privacy. You have the entire plot at your disposal.

The Lechaniczówka cottage, located almost on the Pilica River, has:
– ground floor and mezzanine,
– upstairs, 1 closed bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and 1 open bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm wide),
– living room with a goat connected to the kitchen and dining table (the living room has a fold-out bed for 2 people),
– bathroom with shower on the ground floor,
– furnished terrace: large table with a bench and chairs and a lounge set.

There is air conditioning on the ground floor of the house (it gives cold or warm).
Our stairs are steep and have a rope handrail, so we will not invite you to Lechaniczówka with children. This is a place of relaxation for people over 12 years of age.

We have neighbors, but they are not very visible, you have a sense of space and privacy, but you are not completely isolated. There is also a campsite next to the kayaks, from which on some weekends you may hear music from people camping. You will definitely hear more sounds of nature here, such as herons, buzzards, frogs, storks, moose, owls, beavers and birds singing. We are often visited by hares, deer, moose, storks and beautiful buzzards.

Due to the fact that we have a dog and cats, we invite you to Lechaniczówka without pets.

During your stay, please close the gate because of wild animals or strange dogs.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook what you like during your vacation.

At your disposal will be: drinking water, tea and 2 coffee capsules per day per adult. The kitchen also has salt, pepper, sugar, selected spices, oil for frying, 2 dishwasher capsules per day of stay, dishwashing liquid, and paper towels.

You can use the gas grill on the terrace for free or use the traditional grill in the fireplace next to the birch tree.

If you are tired of the noise of the city and wandering through the canyons of the stone jungle - the space visible from the terrace of Lechaniczówka and the silence surrounding it will soothe your senses. It is an ideal place for both work and rest. When you look up from your laptop or book, the sight of free space, enclosed a hundred meters away by a line of trees by the river, will have a healing effect on your eyes and thoughts.
And in the evening, there will be a barbecue - gas on the terrace, or a traditional one on the fire. And walks - by the river, in the forest, to buy delicious blueberries from a nearby plantation (you can't even imagine how cheaply you can buy them from the owner!). You can also take horse riding lessons at a school. Or catch some fish. The most active people will find solace on kayaking trips.
Or do nothing, just absorb the nature that is at your fingertips, but does not require too much.
We recommend:
– Kayaking on the Pilica River. The route is 90 km long and guarantees unforgettable experiences. You can rent kayaks 200 m from the cottage.
– Fishing – you can cast a fishing rod almost near our plot. We provide 2 fishing rods with basic equipment.
– We have 4 bicycles at guests' disposal.
– You can enjoy the benefits of the forest, which you can enter through a forest gate. Take a walk along the picturesque forest paths.
– There are many attractions to visit in the area, such as:
· Mazovia Vineyard in Biejkowska Wola with the possibility of ordering a tasting: 9 km,
· Museum of Kazimierza Pułaskiego in Warka: 9 km,
· Open-Air Museum of the Home Army in Mniszew: 23 km,
· Castle in Czersk: 28 km.
· Browar Warka, 9 km.

We welcome children from 12 years of age. We have a large swing for adults and an eagle's nest for swinging.

The Internet is available in almost the entire area.
