At a glance
Telążna? What's that word? It comes from the Russian word "telega," meaning a simple peasant's wagon. It was here, amid the forests of the Gostynin-Włocławek Landscape Park, that my great-grandfather farmed, my aunts wove tapestries on looms in a thatched cottage, and my grandfather played folk melodies on the accordion. Years later, my father rebuilt the family homestead. The houses are new, but we remember the history of the former farm and look fondly at the land that has seen so much. Every now and then, we gather in the main house as a family and enjoy the greenery that surrounds us. We take trips to the lake and wander through miles of forest. There's also a smaller house (sleeps five) on the estate, to which we'd like to invite guests who crave nature and are looking for a place to spend time together. Perhaps we'll be there as a family, or perhaps not. If not, you can also rent a larger house for yourself, this one sleeping 6 people. Regardless, you'll have access to a large garden nestled in the woods, 6 bicycles, a gazebo for summer gatherings, and the abundance of local nature. We might be biased, but it's impossible not to love Telążna. See for yourself with your own eyes, ears, and other senses seeking peace.

I've been living in Warsaw for several years. Previously, Telążna Leśna was my home. I'm a pharmacist by profession, an instrumentalist by passion and avocation, and a (hyper)sensitive romantic by nature. Life in a cottage in the woods was idyllic. I loved the quiet mornings, the birdsong, and the closeness to nature. Telążna Leśna is the cradle of our family. Although I'm not here every day, I come to the forest when I have a free weekend. Then, we gather as a family and celebrate our time together. We enjoy our get-togethers because there's so much laughter, joy, music, and song.
