Regulations of stay - Accommodation period lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. The reservation is considered binding upon payment of 50% of the full reservation amount to the bank account in the Slowhop system. Prepayment is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations of Łąki Domek. The remaining 50% of the reservation amount should be paid a maximum of seven days before arrival, with confirmation of the transfer sent to the e-mail address lakidomek@gmail.com. Transfer details will be provided in a private message after booking. A REFUNDABLE deposit of PLN 1,000 is collected from guests as security for any damage caused by guests during their stay. The transfer of the refund of the deposit takes place within 72 hours of the guests' check-out. The Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation for random reasons beyond his control, along with reimbursement of the rental costs incurred to the Lessor. If guests do not pay the second part of the stay fee and the deposit within the deadline specified in the reservation rules, the hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation without the possibility of refunding the prepayment. If the Guest resigns from further stay during its duration, the fee for the unused stay is not refunded. During the guests' stay, third parties are prohibited on the premises of Łąki Domek. If you change the departure time, please arrange this with the owners in advance. If guests wish to cancel the reservation, we will refund the prepayment up to 30 days before the planned arrival or transfer the reservation to another date. In other situations, if the Guest cancels his/her arrival, the prepayment is not refunded. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. In the event of a breakdown or damage to the house's equipment, the owner should be notified immediately by phone or e-mail. Failure to report the fault/damage will result in the repair fee being charged from the deposit or civil liability if the cost of repair exceeds the amount of the deposit. The Łąki Domek site includes an unguarded parking lot on the property. The car must be left in a designated place on the property. It is forbidden to drive cars directly to the cottage. Smoking cigarettes or other smoking products is not allowed in the House. There is night silence in the area of Łąki Domek from 22:00 to 6:00. The owners of the place are not responsible for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior of guests or inconsistent with the regulations of the place. The space of the Meadow House cannot be used for commercial or advertising purposes without the consent of the owner of the place. Failure to comply with the above points of the regulations may result in the deduction of a certain amount from the deposit, depending on the amount of damage and/or the degree of violation of the regulations. We are not responsible for temporary inconsistencies beyond our control, e.g. temporary lack of electricity or water. We do not charge an additional cleaning fee. Guests are obliged to leave the house in its original condition at the beginning of their stay. We are not responsible for valuable items left in the cottages or on the property. The facility is only for adults 18+. We do not accept pets. Special events cannot be organized on the premises of Łąki Domek. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in deduction or withholding of the deposit paid or in civil liability. In matters not regulated by the regulations, guests undertake to comply with the owner's requests.
