Holidays at the pastry shop? Sounds like a childhood dream come true, right? But adulthood, apart from many disadvantages, has the advantage that anything is allowed. You can take a week off, go to Warmia, pet three smiling dogs all day long and eat meringue. The house in Bielica belonged to my grandfather and this is where I have the best holiday memories. Grandpa allowed us to play in the hay, make chewing gum from grains, ride on cows and feed them apples. Today, in the place of my grandfather's former farm, my mother runs a confectionery workshop, and I make sure that hospitality on our guest floor is always in the right proportions. So here's a recipe for a wonderfully carefree holiday: 1 to 5 favorite people for company, a cozy attic among the Warmian fields, a large garden with hammocks for reading and colorful breakfasts with a view of the surrounding hills. And for dessert: a surprise every day.
Our guest floor, with a separate entrance via stairs outside the building, consists of 2 rooms (2/3-person), a bathroom (with a free-standing bathtub and shower), a toilet and a common area with a kitchenette. Each room has a double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is air conditioning (we have solar panels), which both cools and heats.
Attention! Behind the wall and below (on the ground floor) you will have neighbors (including us).
There will also be a garden with a relaxation area at your disposal - hammocks, deckchairs, garden furniture, and a garden tent. We also have a place for a bonfire and barbecue. There are a lot of trees in the garden, and therefore - and shade. Although there is also a place to sunbathe!
Our house is located in a real Polish village, the layout of the houses is typical Warmian buildings. There is a barn and a barn on the property, which we plan to renovate and adapt for you in the future, including: for the summer kitchen.
On the first floor you will have a kitchen at your disposal, but please know that we like to cook :)
During your stay, you will be able to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden (or we will take it upstairs). We serve local, seasonal, traditional cuisine, although we are not afraid of challenges! We will try to adapt to your tastes, but at the same time it is important to us that the meals are consistent with our culinary style ;)
We smoke our own meat, we get farm eggs from our neighbors, we can prepare preserves, we like seasonal fruit and vegetables, and there are several vegetable farms nearby.
What's more, on the ground floor of Zielone Wzgórze, the hostess Ania runs a one-woman confectionery workshop! We intend to treat you to a unique dessert from her workshop every day. Psst! This is included in the price of your stay.
During your stay with us, first of all, we recommend doing nothing. We will invite you to our garden, where you can spend the whole day on a deckchair. We also encourage you to take walks around the area - for example, there is a clearing nearby with a wonderful view. Observing the animals that roam around our property is also a great idea. And since our house is located on a hill, the views are truly excellent. If you are attentive and patient enough, you can see not only a flock of storks, but also partridges, roe deer, foxes and even moose.
However, if you like adventures, we encourage you to visit the following places:
– our neighbor who will invite you to her zoo (horses, ponies, sheep and rabbits),
– Stable in Ząbrowiec (12 km),
– nearby Pasłęk (12 km), and there: a municipal swimming pool by the lake, a large playground, a stud farm, a golf course,

What’s there for children?
For children there is everything related to holidays in the countryside (like those with grandparents). We have pets here - our three dogs (Cera, Fela and Bruno), who love petting. There is a large garden for running (fenced) with a sandbox. Next to it there is a field for collecting flowers and making bouquets from them. From our confectionery workshop, we will treat you to sweets similar to those made by grandma, but perhaps a bit more exquisite. You can observe local rural animals here, such as stately cows walking just under the fence. There is an old apple tree in the habitat, from which apples are collected and fed to local cows. Let's not forget about the bathtub and colorful bath bombs!
Additionally, we will also invite you to visit our neighbor who has a herd of animals to pet - ponies, sheep, goats.
What’s there for employees?
For working people, we have good internet, which enables efficient remote work. Each room has small tables with chairs that are perfect for working with a laptop. Additionally, there is furniture available in the garden, where you can also work comfortably outdoors, enjoying the idyllic atmosphere of the countryside surrounded by nature.
