The whole story began several decades earlier, when my grandfather and grandmother met. And since they came from different parts of Croatia, they made the decision in a "finger on the map" way. This is how they chose Šušnjar as their place. It was here that my grandfather built a house where he spent a quiet six months outside the city until the end of his life. We spent every holiday and birthday here and for all of us it was one of the best places on Earth. Even in times when there were no roads or sewage systems here... Today it looks different, there is everything, but the unique atmosphere did not disappear with the arrival of civilization.

Last year we decided to do a complete renovation, and today we invite you to relax in slow style. We are far from crowded beaches and resorts, in a quiet town, although only 30 minutes by car from Zadar or the adrenaline of rafting in the canyon of the Zrmanja River.

On 50 m² you will find:
- living area with a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa,
- 2 bedrooms: each with a double bed,
- bathroom,
- balcony with sea view.

GARDEN
In the garden there will be figs, grapes, peaches, bay leaves - you can feel free to help yourself.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
are negotiable depending on the reservation :)

SHOPPING
The nearest store is 5 minutes away by car, a large one is 20 minutes away. But along the roads you will definitely come across stands with local products, where you can buy, for example, watermelon.

We leave you space to do nothing, walk around the garden and taste fruit, or sit on the balcony overlooking the surroundings. But we also have some free weights if you want to stay in shape during your holidays.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND:

- the Zrmanja river (21 km) and the viewing point Pariževačka glavica (19 km) - you can go kayaking or rafting - the best place for summer heat because the river is colder - we have contact with kayakers,
- Sandy beach,
- island of Pag,
- the city of Novigrad,
- Maslenica for those willing to have fun with adrenaline (bungee),
- Sukošan - we recommend renting a glider to the Kornati National Park and Long Island - we have a skipper to recommend,
- Bijela River Seasonal Nature Reserve (5 km) and the Croatian "Grand Canyon" with Mount Pržun overlooking the surrounding area.
