I have a dream that you will discover unique Sandomierz. They saw more than just the Old Town of Sandomierz and the Father Mateusz exhibition. Have you heard, for example, about the Pepper Mountains? Walking through them is like walking through a huge pepper pot. Have you heard about the local vineyards? One of them is run by my friends, so they offer my guests a guided tour and a glass of wine as a gift. Or maybe you've heard about our viewpoints over the Vistula Valley? About the Saturday vegetable markets? Or about the beautiful Cistercian abbeys?

If you answered "no" to at least one of these questions, I warmly invite you to Sandomierz. I have prepared a double apartment for you with a view of the city and a bedroom with a movie projector. And although this is not an apartment in a historic tenement house, but a completely modern apartment, I try to keep the spirit of Slowhop in it. To show my city from the most local perspective and talk about little-known attractions. And make your own plum jam.

In a double apartment with a view of Sandomierz. There is a living room (non-fold-out sofa) connected to the kitchenette, a bedroom with a very large double bed, and a bathroom accessible directly from the bedroom and the corridor.

The apartment was designed primarily for a maximum of 2 people. adults (possibly with a small child who sleeps in a travel cot or with adults). Three adults or two adults and a child who will not sleep in bed with adults will not be comfortable with us and we simply do not accept such configurations :)

We do not offer meals. We leave basic spices for you, such as salt and pepper, brown sugar, as well as brewed and instant coffee and teas - green, fruit and black. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. However, if you do not feel like cooking in the places we recommend, you will definitely find something for yourself.

In addition, we have our own mini-cellar, where we keep preserves: plum jam, pickled or preserved cucumbers. We can share with you :) We cooperate with a juice press - we can provide real, natural juices without artificial additives (not all flavors are always available). There is a vegetable and fruit market in Sandomierz, which we highly recommend visiting. If you let us know before your arrival, we can also help with these purchases and deliver everything to your door.

There are many vineyards in the Sandomierz area. The friendly Winnica Nadwiślańska (approx. 6 km from us) offers a selection of wines of its own production, tastings, guided tours and an amazing view of the Vistula Valley! During the season, you can reach it in a replica of a traditional boat (this is a historical boat from Sandomierz "Sandomierka", which is a unique "dubas" type rafting boat). Our guests visiting the winery receive a welcome glass of wine as a gift :)

We recommend a walk to the oldest mountains in Poland (next to the Sudetes) - the Pepper Mountains (visible from our balcony, Natura 2000 area). They are over 500 million years old and a unique rosarium in the world. They break into millions of tiny pieces resembling peppercorns. They used to be higher than the Tatra Mountains!

First of all, we encourage you to discover unusual things - go beyond the old town, follow the viewpoints, visit the Cistercian abbey and the estate that has belonged to the Skotnicki family for 800 years. You can not only visit the Skotnicki Manor, because sometimes the owners also organize guided walks, exhibitions and breakfasts/afternoon teas there.

And what to do in the apartment itself? Well, watching a movie from bed and with a glass of local wine in your hand - sounds good :)

It is possible to add a travel cot for a child. However, our apartment is designed primarily for adult groups - therefore, the availability of games, drawings and toys for children is limited. To put it simply - there are none :)

We don't have a desk, but a large dining table. It is equally comfortable to work with (verified!). While clicking on the keyboard, we look out of the corner of our eyes at the Opatów Gate and the soaring tower of the Major Seminary. The sound of bells at 12:00 is a sign that it's time to take a coffee break.
