In the Beskids, on Lake Rożnowskie, you will find a modernist-style villa from the 1960s. It was designed by the poet Ludwik Jerzy Kern, who lived and created there with his wife, actress Marta Stebnicka. In 2024, it underwent a comprehensive renovation that preserved its original style and soul and introduced modern comforts. There are plenty of memorabilia in the house - a typewriter on which Mr. Kern and Mrs. Marta wrote, their original furniture, books and decorations. The villa is located in the forest and is integrated into the western slope descending directly to the lake. On the lower level, there is a living room with a fireplace, a bookcase, a table and a bed. You will go out directly to a large terrace with a swimming pool and a view of the lake. On the middle level, there is a large kitchen with a huge eight-person table and a view of the forest. A little higher up there is a bathroom and two bedrooms with two large double beds and balconies overlooking the forest, lake and mountains. On the area of several thousand square meters of the garden there is a several dozen-year-old orchard, a private forest and a meadow where you can go sledding in winter. The fence is tight, and the vast area will delight your pets! The villa is powered by the sun and has positive energy, and we fill the pool with rainwater, which is filtered and heated by the solar system. Fast fiber-optic internet and a desk in a lockable room facilitate remote work. Our house is only suitable for rest or creative work in concentration, please do not organize parties here. Surrounded by forest on all sides, it provides 100% privacy, silence and facilitates rest or concentration. We are visited by actors, writers, newlyweds, families with children, travelers, ministers, friends, and people looking for places with soul, peace, privacy and luxury.

What you find in the fridge, in the orchard and in the forest is at your disposal. You can also use the oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, spices, teas and herbs. If you prefer ready meals, we can recommend several restaurants and one bar that we have tested. And if you would like to grill trout from a nearby farm on a fire, we leave the contact details below. We can usually also prepare breakfast baskets for you (if you are interested, make sure before you arrive).

This house brings respite, solace and intoxication with the view of the lake from the hill on which it stands. It tells various stories, there are souvenirs and an extraordinary atmosphere. There is a swimming pool on the terrace and a sauna in the house (available in winter). By the fireplace you can read books from the library once created by the poet Ludwik Jerzy Kern and actress Marta Stebnicka. At night it is as dark as ... in the forest. You can see the Milky Way and satellites, so you can count the stars while warming yourself by the fire or lying in the pool. In the lake you can swim, SUP, sail, kayak and fish. On our part of the lake there is a Silence Zone, but if you would like to rent or launch a motorboat or jet ski, you can do so in another part of the lake. You can also walk in the forest, pick mushrooms, climb climbing walls (behind the house there are the Różnowskie Rocks, which offer a perfect view of the sunset). The blue Beskid hiking trail and the VeloDunajec cycling trail pass through our village, which is probably the most beautiful cycling route in Poland. It is over 233 km long, crosses 7 mountain ranges, goes around 3 large lakes and looks under the gates of 7 castles, four of which are in our area. In the neighboring village there is a stud farm and horse riding lessons. You can also go on a private sightseeing flight by plane from the airport on the other side of the lake or a sightseeing cruise by boat.
