You don't have to have a patent to get to know sailing life from the cabin side! The cabin is so luxurious, with two bedrooms, with berths for 4 people (a double bed and a bunk bed), a private galley (kitchen) and a kingston (bathroom) with a shower. We have 10 such houseboats in our quay and they are moored in a quiet part of the Sztynort Port, on the Great Masurian Lakes route.
To make your all-inclusive cruise complete, we provide a sauna, a tub, the Baba Pruska restaurant, run in the "form farm to table" convention, 3 other restaurants, a bicycle rental, a water equipment rental, a water TAXI, cruises with a trained helmsman, a diving school. You can also visit our Museum of Sailing and Ecology. If you find time to leave the Port, there are plenty of activities to check out around. Hiking and cycling trails, the von Lehndorff family palace, the bunkers in Mamerki, the Lehndorff mausoleum. However, there is a good chance that when you sit down with a coffee on the terrace/pier, you will be greeted by the sunset and, apart from sunbathing and swimming, you will not need anything else.
In a quiet part of Port Nowy Sztynort, at quay 13, we have 10 floating houses. Surrounded by greenery, with a view of the lake from every window, with exclusive sunsets. Each house has a terrace (unsecured), which is actually a private pier.
The houses are four-person with a kitchenette, bathroom (with shower), living room with a sofa bed and a table with chairs, two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and living room with a sofa bed and a table with chairs.
The houses are located on the same quay as the sauna - we encourage you to use it.
Each cottage has a kitchenette, so you can prepare your own meals, although we will understand if you don't feel like it.
In case of such an event, our facility includes:
- Baba Pruska Restaurant, famous for its excellent fish, lamb and mangalica dishes.
- Klub Zęza Tavern, which has homemade dishes such as pork chop, beef roulades and broth.
- Pierogarnia, where you can enjoy homemade mud huts, including duck and fruit.
- Portowy Grill with mangalica dishes.
All dishes are prepared with vegetables and herbs from our own garden. You won't find any chemicals in our kitchen! We rely on basic spices such as salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Quality and locality are important to us.
When it comes to water sports, we have access to everything you could dream of: kayak rental, sailing yacht, motor yacht or fast motorboat with water skis, wakeboard or inflatable ring or banana. Don't worry about the license - you can do all this with a trained helmsman who will take care of your safety during the cruise or water fun.
In our port there is also a sauna and a tub at your disposal, an ice cream parlor, fast transport on the WJM route (water TAXI), the Masurian Shipping Port (cruises according to the ŻM schedule), a sailing and fishing shop, the Museum of Sailing and Ecology, a diving school.
Sztynort is located on a peninsula surrounded by lakes Mamry, Kirsajty, Dargin and Łabap. So there is no shortage of water around. Each cottage has its own terrace/pier, where you can sunbathe, swim and eat meals.
There are many historical tourist attractions in the area:
- German bunkers in Mamerki,
- Palace of the von Lehndorff family - a powerful family of Prussian nobility,
- Lehndorff mausoleum in the shape of an octagonal rotunda.
The area around Sztynort is also a network of cycling and walking routes. You can rent classic and electric bikes from us on site. Marked trails will lead you to viewpoints, bunkers in Mamerki, and around Lake Mamry.

The terraces are not protected against water, so remember to keep an eye on your children.
