Welcome to our fairy tale, located 500 meters above sea level. It can be difficult to get here, because it is a forest wilderness, but that is sometimes the case in fairy tales. We do not have a gingerbread house here, but four wooden huts made of over a hundred-year-old wood, you will not find a dragon either, but a cheerful herd of animals does. We have goats, chickens, sheep, cats and three poodles living with us, we bake rye bread and we can organize eco food for you. We are a family place, where children have space and never get in the way. You do not have to come to us with a trunk loaded right up to the roof, because we have all possible amenities for the youngest on site. In the off-season, we rent cottages in a package, and the playroom building, which we also have in our settlement, becomes a space for workshops. We have delicious coffee, great views (hello, Góra Żar) and we take care of you with care, because it is in our nature.
Guests sometimes say that we have a therapeutic atmosphere here, because we like to feed healthy, the environment has a soothing effect on all tensions, our library has only valuable titles, and our dogs are great for dog therapy. It is really difficult to describe everything that awaits big, medium and small here. You have to come and see for yourself.
In our settlement we have three identical cottages, and one that is slightly different from the others.
Cottages number 1, 2 and 3 are made of hundred-year-old wood and have a view of the mountains. They have slightly different details and design elements, but the layout is the same. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 140×200 cm, and the other with two single beds measuring 80×200 cm. The sofa in the living room can be folded out (to dimensions 140×200 cm) and can sleep 2 additional people, which makes the cottages ideal for 2-6 people.
Cottage number 4 is distinguished by its location. It is located closest to the playroom and by the forest, providing more shade and privacy. Its interior has a different layout of rooms than in the other cottages. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and on the first floor there is one spacious bedroom equipped with three single beds measuring 80×200 cm. The sofa in the living room is foldable (to 140×200 cm) and can sleep 2 additional people, which makes the cottage a good choice for 3-5 people. The flexibility of this space allows you to connect or separate the beds, creating sleeping places for both couples and people traveling alone. In addition to the cottages, there is also a playroom on our premises, dedicated to both small and large. In the off-season, it is an ideal workshop space. There is a kitchen, dining room and a vault with healthy delicacies. We have three dogs living here, gentle sheep and goats, and cats living in the woodshed by the playroom, which can be visited. We provide the possibility of coming with a dog (by prior arrangement), but due to the harmony of our surroundings, this is not always possible.
In our cottages, you have a well-equipped kitchen at your disposal, where we have made sure that you will not lack anything. Here you will find not only the basic and necessary elements, but also many helpful amenities, such as a blender, a pancake pan and a piston or drip coffee maker with freshly ground organic coffee. Our goal is to provide comfort and convenience during your stay, which is why we carefully select kitchen equipment to meet your expectations and make your meal preparation time more pleasant.
After ordering in advance, you will be able to enjoy fresh eggs and rye bread from us, as well as aromatic goat cheeses, vinegars and other delicacies from nearby farms. For coffee lovers, we have prepared unlimited organic coffee - piston coffee makers are located in each cottage, and an automatic coffee maker is waiting in the living room.
Near the cottages there is a fireplace that can be used as a grill or bonfire. We recommend trout from Wielka Puszcza, it is the closest place to us where you can buy fish, mainly trout, but often sturgeon, silver carp, and at the right time carp.
There are several nice restaurants nearby, we will be happy to recommend something good to you.
The location of our settlement in the heart of the forest guarantees not only beautiful mountain views, but also a lot of pleasure at any time of the year. In winter, we are open to organized groups that are ready to rent all the cottages and are also ready for an adventure with a lot of snow.
Above our playroom, where you can spend time with your family, on the first floor there is one room, which is mainly used by people running workshops, next to it is a massage room, you can use it, they give each other massages, but you can also order a masseur (we recommend people who come to us, for a massage for at least 2 people).
Under each cottage there are comfortable deckchairs, you will also have a children's pool and a garden blanket for lying on the grass.
Our 3 dogs act as amazing friends during your stay, providing dog therapy. In addition, we have gentle sheep and goats and cats living in the woodshed by the playroom, which you can visit.

If you are a fan of mountain hiking, from the Przegibek pass (15 km from the settlement) you can go to: Gaiki (969 m above sea level) and Magurka (1109 m above sea level) – at the top there is a charming shelter and a place to light a bonfire. The closest to the settlement are: Kocierz Rychwałdzki (921 m above sea level) and Góra Żar (761 m above sea level), which can be reached by cable car or on foot, and at the top you can even try your hand at paragliding.
Our playground offers many attractions, such as a mud kitchen in a large sandbox full of sand toys, playhouses with a slide, a large trampoline and swings, which will provide children with lots of joy and fun. Parents can relax on a comfortable swing bench or near the barbecue shelter, from which you can see the entire playground. We also have table football, a volleyball court, a lot of sports equipment, a lot of board games and books for children and adults, for which we are very praised, because it is wise literature. Our toys are wooden, nice and well-kept.
And there is our playroom! There are scarves in it, in which children can swing (parents too), they are yoga wardrobes, so they are very durable. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers in the playroom. In the summer season, it turns into an extraordinary playroom for children, filled with lots of colorful and attractive toys, books and board games. After the summer season ends, our room is transformed into a workshop space, where yoga classes are usually held.
In the Settlement, you can use a baby carrier and a pushchair for free, and on request, we bring a travel cot, a bathtub, and a feeding chair to your room. Parents have plastic dishes for toddlers and a changing table at their disposal. Each house has a potty, a cover, and a stool.
Usually, hard workers stay in the houses, where (assuming that children run around the settlement) it is the quietest. You can then set up a hotspot. We have fiber optics in the playroom, where the internet is the best, but there can be a lot of fun around, which may not be conducive to concentration.
