Both my wife and I are hydrogeologists and after many years of work and travel, we decided to find a place for ourselves - beautifully located, surrounded by nature, away from crowded beaches or boulevards. That is how we came across the property on Strava.

A house, an empty small beach and a small summer village - all this charmed us. And although overcoming Greek bureaucracy and clearing inheritance matters took two years, today... We invite you to a 0.5 hectare plot with 2 summer houses and an apartment on the ground floor of a large house. You can come to us alone, with family, with friends and in a large group. Because it's worth experiencing siga siga at the source!

After the renovation, which we did in the spring, we have for you: 

2 SUMMER HOUSES 

- with an area of 50 m2 each and 

APARTMENT
- with an area of 100 m2 on the ground floor of a large house. 

Each of them has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning.

They can accommodate from 4 to 6 people (in total it can be a group of up to 18 people).

We recommend coming to us all year round (except for July and August). Strava is really empty then, the air temperatures are pleasant, swimming in the sea is also possible all year round 😊 

In Strava, during the renovation, we managed to use the drainage of rainwater from the tennis court to water the garden in the summer months. We are able to store 40m3 of rainwater. The hot water in the houses is of course heated by solar panels.

We fell in love. And we hope that you will too.

The entire nearby area is typical Greek villages or summer resorts. In the summer, tourists are mainly Athenians. Campers occasionally camp on the beach. This is real Greece at a "siga, siga" pace.
