The house, which is over 100 years old and came here from the center of Łomża, smells of resin, wood, meadow. Fans of furniture with a soul, antiques, those who are not afraid of a moth flying to the lamp and a grasshopper springing over the threshold will feel good in it. There are no neighbors within sight and walking distance, so here you can really feel at ease, enjoy the silence and warm yourself by the fireplace with wine and a book in your hand. In the vicinity, less than 3 km from the Butterfly Factory, there is an outdoor SPA "Nowe Spa" with a bath in the bath, sauna, massages, where you can spend many hours relaxing in your own company. In the house with an area of 160 m. you will find: - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, - 1 bedroom with two single beds, - dining room, - a large, cozy living room with a fireplace, - kitchen, - a bathroom with a shower, - a conservatory with comfortable furniture (there is even a bed for naps), - three terraces The house is insulated, heated in autumn and winter.

All products on the table come from tiny factories located 5 km from the house. You can order delicious home-made dinners made from organic products from Kasia - a master of taste. It is also possible to order catering (classic, vegan or vegetarian) based on local products. Let us know you are interested. There is also a kitchen in the house, and Warmia is to organic food what Lower Silesia is to gold. We have a mine of good local addresses here, where you can buy: - probably the best yellow cheeses in Poland (Manufaktura Thorstena), - lettuces, herbs, vegetables (our closest neighbor - Wysokagrzadka), - goat, cow cheese, - honey, - groats, - muscle sores, - silage, - dried fruits, - oils, - jams, - bread, challah.

Our guests usually want to be a little bored and do nothing, because where else can they do it? However, if someone wants some entertainment, we suggest: - visit to "New Spa" 3 km away - a walk around the flower park (May, June), you can do a photo session here - a horse farm in the area - a visit to Lawendowe Pole - visit to the theater village/workshops - walking and cycling in the forest - observations of nature - swimming in the lake - on-site massage - yoga classes on site Common time belongs to the living room with a fireplace, the orangery and the covered terrace, from where you can look at a large glade decorated with deer. At your disposal will be 2.5 hectares of private forest, about 30 steps away from the house (pine, spruce and beech forest) with paths, hammocks, and hedgehog houses. Staying or meditating in this microclimate has incredibly beneficial effects on our health, including lowering cortisol levels, moisturizing the mucous membranes and regulating the hormonal system. You can also go to a flower glade (approx. 50 m from the house), which is reached by a forest path, where fields of daisies bloom from June to July and in the second flush from the end of August to September. There are paths, alleys, benches among white flowers swaying in the wind. You can weave wreaths there, take beautiful photos, and absorb the beauty of nature. But what it's really about is breathing deeply with unpolluted air. Walking barefoot, drinking gallons of ultra-pure water and lying on the grass or by the fireplace.
