Other rules Dear Guests! We are glad that you have chosen our cottage! Please read our regulations carefully. Compliance with them will make your stay more efficient and help us maintain the property in perfect condition for subsequent guests. By making a reservation, you fully accept the following rules.
1. General rules
We have put a lot of work and heart into creating a beautiful place. We would be grateful if you respected this. It is forbidden to wear shoes in the house - please bring slippers.
2. Arrival and departure day
Guests are welcome to the cottage from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 11:30 a.m. It is possible to arrive and leave at other times, if agreed in advance. Remote check-in is also possible. Losing the key will result in a fee in the amount of the cost of making a new key.
3. Occupancy
Only people who have been previously registered may stay in the House, this applies to animals, people and other entities 😊.
4. Night silence and good neighbourly relations
Our guests and neighbours are thirsty for peace and quiet – we ask you to observe the night silence between 10pm and 8am. Let's respect the right of other guests to a peaceful rest, let's avoid unnecessary noise. It is forbidden to organize loud parties.
5. Duty of care
We ask you to treat the cottage and equipment with care, and to close the doors when you leave the cottage. Guests also undertake to use electricity and water sparingly, turn off the lights at night and when going on a trip (we turn off the air conditioning/heating), and to use household appliances responsibly and carefully. Hot pots must not be placed directly on the table or counter (appropriate stands are provided). Please use boards for chopping – not the counter. It is best to keep the oven and fridge clean on an ongoing basis. Please immediately remove dirt, water, liquids from wooden floors, furniture and countertops to avoid irreversible damage. Guests are obliged to maintain the house in its original condition. Full garbage bags should be stored in a box by the logs. 7. Heating
The OFF'ówka is heated by a goat-type stove, during their stay, guests are responsible for ensuring that the fire is crackling in the stoves (wood included in the rental price). When burning in the stove, I suggest turning on the fan on the mezzanine, it will effectively mix the air in the room. When renting the cottage, guests declare that they know how to burn in the stove. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper or irresponsible use of the stove. Never, under any circumstances, leave the fire unattended, this applies to the stove in the cottage, the stove for the bath, the grill, the fire pit. The cottage also has air conditioning, which can be used to heat the room in winter and cool it in summer. 8. Smoking ban
There is a total ban on smoking cigarettes and other tobacco products and any other items inside the house. Throwing cigarette butts into the garden or onto paths is prohibited.
9. Fire
Guests are entitled to use the grill and bonfire. Due to the wooden structure of the house, fire safety rules must be followed. Please be careful with fire and never leave it unattended - wood burns quickly and in the event of a fire, we will lose our lovingly built world, and you will endanger your life. We appeal for vigilance and prudence, especially during droughts. Ash - after cooling - should only be thrown into a metal barrel intended for this purpose - due to the risk of fire, never into the garbage or into the garden! The bonfire should be thoroughly extinguished before going to bed. Never, under any circumstances, leave fire unattended, this applies to the stove in the house, the stove for the bath, the grill, the bonfire area. 10. Damage
Please report any breakdowns or faults that occur during the use of the house to the contact person on site or directly to us, by e-mail or phone. Each parent (guardian) is responsible for damage caused by children. The guest making the reservation assumes material and material responsibility for all members of the group for which they are making the reservation.
11. Sewerage
ONLY toilet paper may be thrown into the toilet (i.e. no sanitary pads, tampons, baby wipes, food leftovers, etc.). Failure to comply with this rule may result in clogging of the sewage system, failure of the sewage treatment plant, and will force us to charge the guests for the repair costs.
12. Day of departure
Before departure, the condition of the cottage must be restored to the condition found upon check-in. If the cottage is left in a condition that does not meet this requirement (i.e. it is simply dirty...), an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Of course, I do not require general cleaning, but I do require general order when leaving the cottage 😊
13. Car space
There is a car space under the cottage, unattended, so the Hosts are not responsible for its safety
