Welcome to Ząb, a thousand meters above sea level, a village located in the Gubałowskie Foothills. The fact that we are in Podhale is obvious at first glance, you can't deceive me. The Tatras, sheep, a mountain goat tearing hats off their heads and houses inspired by highlander huts. And in them harmony: wood, stone, clay plaster and the beautiful scent of soy candles. If the aesthetics of a shepherd's hut don't appeal to you, we offer simplicity, minimalism and beige. And in addition two bedrooms - including one on the mezzanine, a living room, a relaxation corner, a beautiful kitchenette with a dining area and a bathroom with a huge shower.

As you know, the weather in the Tatras is like a two-year-old in a toy store. Within 15 minutes, the mood changes from cloudless euphoria to a hailstorm. Fortunately, we have installed windows in our houses from the ridge to the floor, thanks to which you will be able to observe the peaks and weather conditions without any damage. During the weather window, we recommend going out to the terrace with a cup of coffee and admiring the snow-covered nose of Giewont. Besides, you know what to do in the area, we will not repeat the obvious. You can also do nothing, and our soft beds, sofas and interesting board games will make it easier for you.

The houses are 80 m2 and we built them inspired by the Podhale huts. We used natural, noble materials and took care of the scents, so that your stay at NOOK would be a 5-star experience for you. The houses have glazing on the Tatra side, so that you can look at the mountains changing their face at any time.

The houses are twin and both are designed for 4, maximum 5 people. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, from which, through a large sliding window, you can go out to the terrace. From the garden, terrace and interior you can admire the panorama of the mountains, endless meadows, forests, and sometimes sheep grazing nearby.

When you go up the stairs to the first floor, you can immediately go to the balcony with a glass balustrade. On this floor there is an open living space with a sofa bed, a work space and a cozy bedroom with a large, comfortable bed. The second bedroom is located on the mezzanine, a place especially beloved by children.

In our bathrooms you will find unique stone sinks. This is a craft product that requires many hours of work on the shape. This is another thing in our cottage that will bring you closer to the surrounding mountain nature.

Beautiful views of the mountains, meadows and forests. A large, beautifully sunny garden. A terrace and balcony facing the mountains. A real Tatra winter. What awaits you at Nook, in short, soldierly words.

And more specifically?
You can't get bored in the Tatras, especially if you drive 15 minutes to the very centre of Zakopane. You can get to Gubałówka in a similar time, and to Termy Chochołowskie in 30 minutes.
In every town around us there are plenty of mountain trails and ski slopes (e.g. Suche Ski Station) - there is plenty to choose from all year round. Be sure to go to Gubałówka, Kasprowy Wierch or Małołączniak, from which there is a beautiful view of the Western Tatras, the High Tatras and even the Bielskie Mountains. Less strenuous, but still attractive, can be walks in the Kościeliska, Strążyska and Chochołowska Valleys.
It is worth going to Czarny Staw, to the mighty Wielka Siklawa waterfall and to have a break in one of the shelters (at Morskie Oko, be sure to try the sour rye soup!). If you can't climb, remember that there is a gondola lift to Kasprowy Wierch, and a cable car to Gubałówka.

There are so many events organised in Zakopane itself that it is best to check the city's website and the calendar of attractions on an ongoing basis. In spring, there is the Tatra Festival of Highland Bands "Złote Kierpce", Jazz Spring, in summer the International Festival of Organ and Chamber Music starts, as well as the boisterous International Festival of Highland Folklore.

Good internet, nice desk, peace and quiet. You can work in peace and in the afternoon visit the sheep in the pasture.
