At a glance
Even if the name Witold Lipiński doesn't ring a bell, you're probably familiar with his most famous building: the meteorological observatory on Śnieżka. The bioclimatic house is a completed project of Professor Lipiński, whose concepts were ahead of their time. Only a few of them were realized. Among them was a house born from the professor's vision of a place offering optimal living conditions - Lipiński was fascinated by the concept of microclimate and how its individual aspects affect humans. The professor saw bioclimatic houses as a response to the deteriorating living conditions and the increasingly unfriendly housing situation in overpopulated cities.
The house in Łask-Kolumna, designed in the early 1980s, was built in the early 1990s and has survived perfectly to this day. The professor was aware that his dream exceeded the technological capabilities of the 1980s. However, technology eventually caught up with the professor's vision, and we decided to continue his idea.
This place is the only implementation of Professor Lipiński's idea of bioclimatic houses. We want it to serve others and inspire new projects. That is why we open the house to guests a few days a month. We encourage you to visit - it is perfect for meeting, celebrating, creating, working and relaxing. Interiors full of natural materials and the proximity of greenery help you take a breath and organize your thoughts. Take the opportunity to spend a night in an innovative house with a unique design. See for yourself how well-thought-out and sustainable architecture has a beneficial effect on your well-being.

We are not on-site, but you can always contact us
We bought this house in 2024 from the first owner. Plants are very close to us, so we liked the idea of a greenhouse house surrounded by a wild garden. We want more people to get to know Witold Lipiński's idea by staying in this place and checking how it affects well-being. That's why we make it available to you exclusively for a few days a month.
The house was built in the 90s, so while working with it, we are constantly discovering new things. We are only at the beginning of this process. We invite you to become a part of it and develop this place with us.
