Hey! Our friends say that we are different from everyone else, because after 3 months of knowing each other, on March 8 (to be easy to remember), Krzysiek asked me to marry him. Wedding, marriage, life together. Adam and Michał appeared in the world one after another, our happiness, sunshine, joy of everyday life and great pride. From that moment on, we were looking for our place on earth. Over 28 years of marriage, I, a nurse, and my husband, a Polish plumber, moved exactly 10 times. We neither wanted it nor planned it. That's how it turned out, 9 times. The last 10th time, it was a very well-thought-out, conscious decision. We made it when an obstacle appeared in the way, which is not so easy to avoid, and even impossible to avoid. At the age of 38, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. This changed our way of thinking about the time we have. There was a need, a desire to be together, but how to reconcile it when we are still at work. What if we worked together? But what can we do together? Krzyś is a handyman, I am a nurse. I laughed that I wouldn't be able to give injections for much longer, but I would be able to change and shake the sheets. The boys are grown, they have flown the nest. The calculation turned out to be surprisingly simple. We are selling our house near Warsaw and buying a guesthouse. And so Aneta and Krzysiek, people just before 50, started writing a new, probably difficult, but also incredibly exciting chapter in their lives.
