Our world is reflected in the water. Three houses, a forest, mountains, Guests drinking coffee on the terraces, kids playing babinkton (you know, comet), sometimes clouds, sometimes blue sky. At night, stars, which can also be admired from the level of the tub. You can row on the water, you can ride a bike, you can also bathe in it in the summer and toughen your body in the winter.
We settled here as if at the end of the world, although just around the corner we have tourist gems. Table Mountains, rock cities, Single Tracks, health resorts, ski resorts. You can use these attractions as much as you want, and then return to our marina and listen to the lazily flowing stream, watch the sun hide behind the hills and the whole area seem even calmer than in the morning. We invite you to our oasis of silence. To the Hosts, who like each other very much and have so much love in themselves that they are happy to share it with their Guests. We treat you like family and friends, that's why we are on first-name terms with everyone.
There are 8 apartments in 3 houses overlooking the water and mountains.
Each with one bedroom (the double bed can be separated into two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette (there is salt, pepper, coffee, tea, dishes, accessories). The apartments have a modern bathroom with a shower and a private terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air.
There is a sauna and a tub to share (additional fee), there is a barbecue gazebo, a place for a bonfire. We also have a rowing boat and water bikes for you.
We live in the house next door, so we are always ready to help.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, there is also a grill and a place for a bonfire.
We do not serve meals, but we received a 10% discount on delicious meals with delivery, from Kudowa restaurants "Cech" and "restaurantANKA". We can also boldly recommend to our guests the "Retro" restaurant and the "Cafe Domek" restaurant, also from Kudowa.
We offer our guests a sauna, an outdoor tub, we also have a large gazebo, barbecues, board games. You can try fishing right under your nose, spend 15 minutes picking mushrooms and have a basket of hats for dinner.
In addition, walks and Nordic walking in the immediate vicinity, boules, badminton, sunbathing or swimming - yes, you can swim in our Reservoir! We also have a boat and water bikes for you.
A playground for children just 700 m from us, as well as an outdoor gym for adults.
If you have your own bikes, of course take them with you, because the area is full of wonderful routes. In Kudowa there is a bike rental and plenty of bike routes. Including SingleTrack "Brzozowie", so 4 routes of forest emotions. They belong to the SingleTrack Glasensis project, which creates an entire system of bike paths in the Kłodzko Land.
And in addition to that, a whole lot of monuments, castles, palaces, underground routes, mines, museums, chapels. Lower Silesia is a basin of tourist attractions. A weekend is not enough to see everything:

The Czech border is not far away (3 km), and right behind it are the ski slopes. The slope in our Zieleniec is 10 km away from us.

Each apartment has a comfortable table with a lamp, fast Internet. There is also a place with a table on the terrace. You can also work in the gazebo overlooking the water.
