Hey! This is Jagoda and Maciek. We invite you to the Bieszczady Mountains, to the picturesque village of Lutowiska. From scratch, from the proverbial nothing, we built here with our own hands, a beautifully situated Zagroda Magoda with a view of the mountains. The farm consists of several wooden cottages located on a large, over a hectare plot. Two cottages: Magoda and Bojkowska welcome tired wanderers, those longing for rest and exhausted by work, those in need of a reset from everyday life, lovers of nature, silence and peace. The third, Wołoska, is our home.

What are we like and who will feel at home with us? We are always ourselves and we are certainly not infallible. We like to talk, tell stories about the Bieszczady Mountains, and we know a lot of interesting stories. We also like to listen. We like to take care of people, of cleanliness in the house, of ecology. So if you are looking for a place where you can reset in silence, under a starry sky, forget about your troubles for a moment, move your stagnant body, calm your thoughts, spend time with other people who respect your needs and privacy, then it is very possible that we are for you. In return, we also expect respect for ourselves and our animals, other guests and a place that will take care of you.

The original cottage built in the Boyko style is over 100 years old. In 2011, it underwent a general renovation, thanks to which it serves its guests with all the comforts, all year round. We have tried to preserve its original appearance as faithfully as possible. Of course, as in an adapted wooden house, the floor creaks. From the windows of the cottage there is a beautiful view of Tarnica.

The cottage is rented in its entirety for a maximum of 6 people. It contains:
- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,
- a living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas,
- a dining room with a fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a parking space for 3 cars in front of the cottage.
In the bathrooms you will find showers, sinks and toilets, towels (one bath towel per person and one hand towel - one for the bathroom), hotel soap, hair dryers.

Our dogs and cats live in the Zagroda. If you want to come to us with your own pet, dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig or stick insect, you are responsible for their behavior and safety. Please clean up after the dogs, report any damage, take care of the animals so that they do not pose a threat to others and do not disturb other people in their rest. The owner covers the costs of any damage caused. Please bring your pets' favorite bedding, because we do not agree to sleeping in bedding. If you forget to bring a bowl for food or water, no problem, we will gladly lend it to you. We do not agree to leaving dogs alone in the rooms for a few hours. We do not "watch" the dogs in the absence of their owners. We have our own activities. We love animals very much, but if you have a behavioral problem and your dog is aggressive or noisy, take into account that other people want to rest in the cottage and choose a time when you will be the only guest in the cottage. We do not serve meals at Chata Bojkowska. However, you can order dinner from Mrs. Agata, who has been cooperating with us for many years and runs a rural catering service.

At any time of year we recommend:
- from spring to autumn there are cycling routes for cyclists, in winter there are cross-country and downhill routes for skiers,
- the Końkret cinema in Zatwarnica,
- the open-air museum, the museum of icons and the collection of works by Zdzisław Beksiński in Sanok,
- the cemetery in Lutowiska,
- the eco-museum around Lutowiska,
- visits to the galleries and studios of Bieszczady artists,
- ceramic workshops,
- the possibility of buying Bieszczady products (wicker, honey, preserves, liqueurs),
- an indoor swimming pool in Ustrzyki Dolne or Czarna (SPA),
- observing the stars in the Bieszczady sky (shows and workshops),
- extremely picturesque photography sessions,
- a visit to the bison enclosure,
- the Bieszczady Orthodox Churches Trail,
- horse riding in the open air,
- the Bieszczady narrow-gauge forest railway,
- cruises on the Solina Reservoir,
– picking mushrooms, raspberries and blueberries.

I have very good news for dog owners visiting the Bieszczady Mountains. Three routes have been made available in the Bieszczady National Park, which you can take with your dog without risking a fine:
– route from Przełęcz Wyżnianska to Bacówka pod Mała Rawką,
– routes in the San Valley from Tarnawa Niżna to Dźwiniacz,
– from Bereżki and Nasiczne to Przysłup Caryński.

These are beautiful scenic trails.

In addition, we recommend routes outside the Park:
- to the Jeleniowaty peak in Muczne and then to the highest observation tower in the Bieszczady Mountains - from here there are beautiful views of Bukowe Berdo and Tarnica,
- a hike to the Sine Wiry reserve, * to Małe and Wielkie Jasło from the Cisna side,
- to the Korbań peak with an observation tower - here from the top you can see Połoniny and Lake Solina;
- a trail to the Dwernik Kamień peak - my favorite.
- walks around Lutowiska, e.g. to the Otryt range,
- the Hulskie reserve,
- a cave in Rosolino,
- the Gołoborze reserve, the Rabego valley,
- the Duszatyńskie lakes,
- from the passes above Roztoki to Okrąglik and Jasło,
- to Łopienka,
- to the Jaworzec Shelter.

And many, many others.
