For healing forest baths shinrin yoku, meditation on the Barat Kut hill, at the foot of Mágura Łomniańska (Ukraine), a walk to the old orchard, for apples and pears straight from the trees. For a long sleep on futons filled with four layers of carded cotton and on pillows made of bamboo fabrics. For a sip of alkaline water from your own source and a walk along the Mszaniec stream. In the local forests you can meet kingfishers, wolf tracks and bear paws imprinted in the mud. And in the old Boyko chyża there are two rooms with bathrooms, the decor resembles Japanese wabi - sabi and a shared kitchen, in the historical part of the house.

The house stands on a beautiful plot overlooking Magura (Ukraine) and is an authentic Boyko chyża, which has been historically restored by an architect. Chyża is built exclusively from natural materials: ecological clay, concrete floors polished with beeswax, hemp that insulates the house, stone and old 100-year-old and new wood. You will not find plastic elements or chemical building materials in the house. Each wooden element (windows, doors, stairs, floor, ceiling) that we had to restore was made individually by a carpenter. The house has its own water intake, is powered by solar energy and is 90% self-sufficient. Because we lived in Asia for a very long time, we focused on the minimalist Wabi-Sabi style. In an old, historical Boyko cottage, divided into two parts. One half is the Hostess's private home, and the other - a cozy space given to you. <span style="background-color: var(--white);">Guests have at their disposal a two-story apartment with a private entrance, which includes:</span>

- Two independent bedrooms
- Two bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining room
- Spacious living room with library
- Terrace overlooking Magura Łomniańska (Ukraine), perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Each room is equipped with two low Japanese-style beds with FUTON mattresses measuring 90×200 cm. They can be joined or separated. These mattresses are a reproduction of the traditional Japanese futon shikifuton - they are natural, soft, filled with four layers of carded cotton and sewn with a durable canvas material made of 100% cotton.

The pillows are made of natural bamboo and cotton fabrics, making them anti-allergic. The pillows are covered with a pleasant-to-touch microsatin with the addition of cotton.

There are also desks in the rooms.

Each room has a private bathroom with a separate entrance. One of the bathrooms is accessed via quite steep stairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, urinal and washbasin. Guests have access to all the necessary accessories, such as toilet paper, shampoo and soft, cotton towels.

The common living room with a library on the upper floor is equipped with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing and reading.

In the lower part of the house there is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the historical part of Chyża Bojkowska, maintained in this style.

The house is decorated in a minimalist style, inspired by Japanese wabi-sabi and the simplicity of Boyko life.

The house has a kitchen and dining room, so you can cook according to your preferences. Upon special request, we will prepare our specialties for you, such as Japanese ramen soup, freshly baked sourdough rye bread and natural cow's milk yoghurts from local suppliers. Additionally, we offer alkaline water with a pH of 9.2, which, according to some sources, can support the body's acid-base balance. Would you like to try it?

Michniowiec - a village located in the Bieszczady Mountains, in the Podkarpackie Province, in the Bieszczady district, in the Czarna commune. It lies in the valley of the Mszanka stream, close to the Polish-Ukrainian border, surrounded by vast wild meadows and forests. This is the area of the former Bojkowszczyzna and the homeland of old apple trees.

Michniowiec is characterized by a peaceful lifestyle, a small number of inhabitants and proximity to unspoiled nature. In recent years, ecotourism, agritourism and initiatives related to environmental protection have been developing here.

Michniowiec and the Barat Kut hill are places of exceptional natural value. They have retained their original, wild character and offer a unique experience of being close to nature. They are an ideal place for people looking for authentic Bieszczady landscapes, peace and the opportunity to commune with unspoiled nature.

Here are some suggestions:
- Wild apple orchard on the Barat Kut hill: we invite you to our orchard, where you can walk among the wild apple trees and enjoy the beautiful views and admire the sunset.
- Shinrin Yoku forest: try "forest bathing" in our forest, they will allow for deep relaxation and regeneration surrounded by nature.
- Rest by a small stream under Magura Łomniańska: it is an ideal place to lie down and relax in silence, listening to the sound of the stream.
- Walk by the Mszaniec stream: this wild, natural bank leads all the way to the border with Ukraine.
- In our area there is the Besida Hill (856 m above sea level), from which there is a beautiful view of the Lipce Land and the peaks of the Bieszczady Mountains. This place is an excellent observation point for the panorama of the surrounding forests and hills.
- Stargazing - thanks to the low light pollution, the Michniowiec area is an ideal place to observe the night sky.

For nature lovers, there are historical and natural trails in the area:
- "In the Lipie Land" trail: Marked in yellow, approximately 15 km long. The trail leads through the towns of Bystre, Michniowiec and Lipie, allowing you to admire historic churches and roadside crosses.

- "Zhukov to the Lipie Land" trail: Marked in green, approximately 21 km long. The trail leads through the Żukowo range, offering picturesque views of Lake Solina and the opportunity to observe local flora and fauna.

In addition to the previously mentioned attractions, Lake Solina is also worth visiting. It is worth taking a guided boat trip, thanks to which you will reach the wild parts of the lake and learn where the hermits lived and what is in the forests surrounding the lake. You can also rent a SUP, sailboat or kayak and see the Bieszczady from the perspective of the water.

Each room has a desk and reasonably good internet, but it's not a hit because the place is far from civilization.
