Let yourself be talked into therapy for the soul in the Bieszczady Mountains. For healing forest baths shinrin yoku, meditation on the Barat Kut hill, at the foot of Mágura Łomniańska (Ukraine), a walk to the old orchard, for apples and pears straight from the trees. For a long sleep on futons filled with four layers of carded cotton and on pillows made of bamboo fabrics. For a sip of alkaline water from your own source and a walk along the Mszaniec stream. In the local forests you can meet kingfishers, wolf tracks and bear paws imprinted in the mud. And in the old Boykowska chyżej there are two rooms with bathrooms, the decor resembles Japanese wabi-sabi and a shared kitchen, in the historical part of the house.
The house stands on a beautiful plot overlooking Magura. It was restored by an architect with the support of a specialist from the Museum of Folk Architecture in Sanok. Chyża was finished exclusively with natural materials: clay, concrete, stone, and old and new wood. The house has its own water intake, is powered by solar energy and is 90% self-sufficient. In an old Boyko hut, which is divided in half. One half is the private home of the Hostess, and the other half I give to you. In the house there are:
Two independent double rooms with bathrooms.
Each room is equipped with two low Japanese-style beds with FUTON mattresses measuring 90×200 cm. They can be joined or separated. These mattresses are a reproduction of the traditional Japanese futon shikifuton - they are natural, soft, filled with four layers of carded cotton and sewn with a durable canvas material made of 100% cotton.
The pillows are made of natural bamboo and cotton fabrics, making them anti-allergic. The pillow cover is pleasant to the touch microsatin with the addition of cotton.
The rooms also have desks.
Each room has a private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, urinal and washbasin. You have all the necessary accessories at your disposal, such as toilet paper, shampoo and soft cotton towels.
In the lower part of the house there is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the historical part of the Boyko Chyża, decorated in this style.
There is also a terrace with a view of Magura Łomniańska (Ukraine) for shared use.
The house is decorated in a very simple style, inspired by Japanese wabi-sabi. The minimalist decor emphasizes harmony and peace.
We have nothing against dogs, provided they have clean paws and live in harmony with our dogs.
There is a kitchen and dining room in the house, so you can cook your own way. We can also prepare our specialties for you on special request, such as Japanese ramen soup, freshly baked bread and natural cow's milk yoghurts from local suppliers. Additionally, we have alkaline water with a pH of 9.2, which according to some sources can support the body's acid-base balance. Do you want to try it?

Here are some suggestions:
- Wild apple orchard on the Barat Kut hill: we invite you to our orchard, where you can walk among wild apple trees and enjoy beautiful views.
- Shinrin Yoku forest: try "forest bathing" in our forest, they will allow for deep relaxation and regeneration surrounded by nature.
- Rest by a small stream under Magura Łomniańska: it is an ideal place to lie down and relax in silence, listening to the sound of the stream.
- Walk by the Mszaniec stream: this wild, natural bank leads all the way to the border with Ukraine.
- In our area there is the Besida Hill (856 m above sea level), from which there is a beautiful view of the Lipce Land and the peaks of the Bieszczady Mountains. This place is an excellent observation point for the panorama of the surrounding forests and hills.
For nature lovers, there are historical and natural trails in the area:
- Path "In the Lipecka Land": Marked in yellow, approximately 15 km long. The route leads through the towns of Bystre, Michniowiec and Lipie, allowing you to admire historic churches and roadside crosses.
- Path "Through Żukowo to the Lipecka Land": Marked in green, approximately 21 km long. The route leads through the Żukowo range, offering picturesque views of Lake Solina and the opportunity to observe local flora and fauna.
In addition to the previously mentioned attractions, it is also worth visiting Lake Solina. It is worth taking a guided boat cruise, thanks to which you will reach the wild parts of the lake and learn where the hermits lived and what is in the forests surrounding the lake. You can also rent a SUP, sailboat or kayak and see the Bieszczady Mountains from the perspective of the water.
