When you go down from the attic in the morning, you can see the ball of the rising sun. On a clear day, you can watch the colors change from gold and silver to orange and pink. As you can imagine, this is where the name Słoneczny Domek comes from. Even the least sentimental tough guy will not pass by the sun's journey along the walls indifferently.
I built the cottage in Rostki because my mother was born here, whose family was resettled from Vilnius after World War II. I have always been interested in these parts. Rostki was first Prussian, then Polish, and various influences can be seen in the local architecture. It is authentic. I wanted my cottage, although new, to fit into this Masurian landscape. In addition to it, I offer you private access to the lake with its own pier and green area where you can organize picnics. And if you dream of a night closer to nature - also access to a camping trailer by the lake. Come and experience the real Masuria in the sun.

Hi, I was born in Masuria and I am a person who loves water, wilderness, forests. I love the diverse lakes in the area. I am not afraid of the wilderness or swamps. However, I also appreciate large cities and their pace along with the cultural offer. That is why I understand the needs of people who want to divide their time between different extreme concepts of life. I understand the desire to be in rural and forest conditions, as well as the need for comfort and access to convenient household appliances. I am an artist, I believe in art and its therapeutic power. I believe that it is an emanation of our humanity, it is certainly not an invention of bored neurotics, as evidenced by the fact that art is created wherever there is a person. I build installations in public spaces, sometimes large ones, such as those erected by a crane. That is why over the years I have learned the techniques of dealing with construction aspects and it turned out that I get along great with my contractors. Perhaps because I respect their work. Since I built a cottage in Rostki, I have been coming there more and more often. The name 'Sunny House' comes from the fact that there is a lot of light there. From some windows you can see the sunrise, and from others its sunset. That is why I decided to build an installation there called Greeting to the Sun. I myself burn porcelain scales, and the sun is cast from brass. The Marshal's Office in Olsztyn decided to support this project financially. Hey, I offer you my sweet cottage in a Masurian village. The cottage is located in an open space so I think it is for people who like the horizon and sunrises and sunsets. The cottage is new, but maintained in the local Masurian style. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable life.
What do I find on the spot?
