Just imagine: you wake up in the morning with a view of the water outside your window. To take a closer look, you walk barefoot across the grass with a cup of warm coffee in your hand. Quietly, before everyone in the household gets up and the morning bustle begins. Who eats in the dining room? Who on the terrace? Who prefers a lonely breakfast on the jetty? The day hasn't even started, and there are already so many possibilities. However, it's not about giving you a headache. Everything happens in complete peace and freedom, because no one invited you to rush to our enclave by the lake. After breakfast, the active ones get on a kayak, the older children want to try SUP, and the younger ones from the beach set up a sandbox. The lazy ones choose to sunbathe on the jetty or read on a deckchair. At the lake in Szydłówek there is space to fulfill your most active and most comfortable desires. With family or friends - we invite you for a dream vacation by the lake.
Nad Jeziorem is a house on the shore of the lake with a private jetty, beach and jacuzzi and sauna. Area 200 m² for 8, max. 10 people.
GROUND FLOOR
Veil: separate lockable room with hangers on the wall and space for shoes. Communication / corridor: large rooms providing access to the toilet, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, passage to the first floor, wardrobe for clothes and shoes, chaise longue for relaxation.
Living room: open, high connected to the kitchen and dining room, with a sofa and smart TV providing access to Netflix, etc., with a Norwegian fireplace and direct access to the terrace to the garden.
Kitchen: open to the living room, large space with an island, equipped with household appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, SBS refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, coffee machine, wine cooler), connected to the dining room with a table with seats for all guests. Bathroom on the ground floor: with a large walk-in shower, equipped with a toilet, a washbasin with a cabinet for toiletries, a large shelf, towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, soap, a bathroom/ladder radiator and a picturesque view of the surrounding fields.

Double bedroom on the ground floor: a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a table e.g. for using the computer, an exit and a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. Possibility of adding a baby cot.

Recreation room: sofa/sofa bed, 2 large armchairs, large space for children to play with a play corner, a tipi tent/wigwam, soft carpet for toddlers and a mini gym for active people. From the windows there is a view of our small park, fields and the lake.
Our kitchen provides everything you need to prepare the most exquisite dishes. So if the kitchen is a place where you feel good and want to fulfill yourself, then all we can do is cheer you on. You set the culinary rhythm of the day, you decide what and at what times of the day you serve your family or friends. We have tried to put the tools in your hands, namely: an SBS fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser, an induction hob on a convenient island, a hood cleverly suspended above the island, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and wine cooler. You will also find all the cooking utensils and tableware, cutlery and, of course, glassware there 😉

In nearby Trzemeszno you will find Pikuś bakeries and confectioneries with a large selection of bread and confectionery products and good quality ice cream.
In Gniezno, Mogilno and Trzemeszno, i.e. the nearest larger urban centers, you will find more restaurants.
With us, in comfortable conditions, with a high standard, in a house located on a beautiful wooded plot, right by the lake, you will relax both lazing on a blanket on the green grass, lying on a private beach, and on our pier. Here you can jump into the lake, sail kayaks, a boat with an engine or on a large SUP. If the sun tires you, there are plenty of trees on the plot, including a small private park, where you can rest in the shade, read a book or take a nap, e.g. in a hammock.
What activities will you fill the evening with? There will be no boredom here either! We invite you to our SPA, where a hot tub, a jacuzzi with both air and water massage and LED lighting reign supreme. A spacious sauna with sound system and a really large window providing a panoramic view of the lake. You can end your relaxation sessions on the cozy, covered terrace of the sauna house, and how else - all by the lake. In addition, there is an exceptionally beautifully situated spot for a bonfire/barbecue on the shore of the lake.
Do you ride a bike? There are plenty of hiking and cycling trails around the house, and in the Powidz Landscape Park, not only can you go for a walk and bike ride along forest paths, but in autumn you can also go mushroom picking.
In the area closer and further from our house you will find many opportunities to go sightseeing. Below are a few of them.
The obvious ones are (if you haven't had the opportunity yet) visiting Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, or Gniezno. Each of these cities has a long list of tourist attractions, beautiful monuments, wonderful markets with beautiful buildings of unique architecture and a long history.
From the less obvious ones: - the proto-Slavic settlement in Biskupin is a great trip for young people and adults.
Biskupin is considered by many to be the best archaeological reserve in Central Europe. There you will learn what life was like for the first settlers on Polish lands.
- ZAUROLANDIA Family Amusement Park with dozens of life-size dinosaur models, playgrounds, a maze and fossil exhibitions. - Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in Gniezno - Nadgoplański Landscape Park with the picturesquely situated Lake Gopło and many others.
In our house, your children will not be bored. At home, with plenty of space, a recreation room with attractions and toys, only imagination can limit them. For slightly older children, we have board games, and for those who are masters of video games, we have consoles.
In our garden, however, everything starts with a large amount of free space. This guarantees a great place for free play. Our beach, which can be a very large sandbox, will certainly appeal to the youngest. For older, but also for younger, the proximity of the lake opens up many options for active leisure. From swimming in the lake (we have life jackets and buoys for safe use of the water), through fishing, to SUP. Parents will certainly help to tame kayaks or boats with an engine, so that contact with the lake takes place in a prudent and, most importantly, safe way.
For everyone, a great advantage will be the quiet area, which opens up the possibility of walking and cycling. The surroundings of our house provide great peace, safety for children and the opportunity to experience what the countryside has to offer.

- Water Park with a Wellness zone in the old Sugar Factory in Żnin - plenty of water attractions for children and relaxation for adults.
- Horses? Do your children like or would you like to show them these beautiful and graceful animals? Or maybe you would like to jump into the saddle? There are at least a few stables not far from our house:

- Or maybe you like Alpacas? TulAlpaki, Broniewice 78 - we highly recommend this place for children, but also for adults. Wonderful animals, and the owner has a lot of knowledge about them, which she is happy to share.

You can also take a walk along the streets of Gniezno, located on seven hills - the first capital of our country and the city of St. Adalbert. A one-day trip to these areas is great fun and an incredibly interesting history lesson in one.
