We built a house on a large plot of land, overlooking a wild forest pond. Its design probably doesn't resemble many houses you've seen. And that's precisely why we love it the most. We're water lovers, so we also built a heated swimming pool in the backyard. Behind the fence is a pond, forest lakes within walking distance, a swimming area 20 minutes away, and the Baltic Sea a half hour away. We're such reed people. We also greatly appreciate the surrounding trees. In their honor, we built a footbridge leading directly to the terrace in the pine trees. It's a perfect place to enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day. We also have untrimmed grass, a trampoline for children, and a fireplace.

What's hidden in Graniasty? Two apartments with separate entrances, connected by internal stairs. Both apartments have living rooms with kitchenettes, bathrooms with showers, and two double bedrooms. The lower apartment has a sofa bed in the living room, while the upper one has a single bed on the mezzanine. You can come with your entire group of 11 or just book one apartment for 5. You can rent the entire house for 11 people or just one of the apartments for up to 5 people.

The house has two separate entrances to the upper and lower levels, and each of them contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The internal staircase allows for comfortable use of the house by a larger group of people. From the upper apartment you can go out to the terrace hanging over the garden.
The layout of the apartments is almost the same:
- living room with a kitchenette,
- bathroom with shower,
- bedroom with a double bed 160×200 cm,
- bedroom with a double bed 160×200 cm and a bunk bed (a room with a height of over 4 meters).
Sleeping at a height is an attraction in itself, and excellent protection ensures a peaceful sleep for both children and parents.
There is no bunk bed in the lower apartment, but there is a fold-out sofa in the living room.
We attach great importance to the quality of sleep, which is why we have equipped our beds with very good quality mattresses.

Both apartments have kitchenettes in the living rooms. The kitchenettes are equipped with all the necessary accessories, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, fridge and dishwasher.

In winter we have skiing, in summer lakes and seaside beaches. Beautiful walking and cycling routes all year round. The area is truly enchanting, and it is quiet and deserted. Apart from three summer houses in the distance, we have no neighbours. However, we have a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace, a place for a bonfire and barbecue, a trampoline for children, and a terrace in the treetops. 
We heat the water in the pool a few degrees above the ambient temperature, so the brave can swim as early as May. You probably can't train for a triathlon here, it is 5m x 2.8m, but children will have a great time, and adults will appreciate the safe depth - 110 cm and a paddling pool for the youngest.
 If you can, be sure to take your bikes with you. The surrounding roads lead through beautiful hilly areas among colourful meadows and pastures, where you can admire grazing cows and horses. Views almost like from the Bieszczady Mountains, after all, it is not by accident that this region of Kashubia is called the "Bieszczady of the North".
