In Smardzowice, on Spacerowa Street, birches rustle. In autumn, leaves rustle underfoot, and in winter, snow creaks. In summer, bees buzz on amaranth coneflowers. You can listen to all these sounds of relaxation while sitting in a tub, lying on a sofa or deckchair on the terrace, or swinging in a hammock. You can also cut yourself off from stimuli in the sauna or reading books on the sofa in the living room. If you want a quiet vacation, then this is it. For meditative walks, we recommend the route to the Prądnik Valley, the Krakow Gate, Hercules' Club, or the Ojców Castle. Because the Ojców National Park is just a few minutes' walk from Czuła Chata.
Once you've had a good night's sleep in fragrant bedding, a good coffee from the coffee machine, and have had time to get bored, we invite you to the area. To the great vineyards of Ojców for a tasting, for smoked trout from clean waters, for a pleasant trot in the saddle along picturesque routes. With us, everything happens calmly, there is time for everything. Drop in for a work-hopping, for a short trip out of town and for a long and lazy vacation. You can even come by electric car, because we have prepared a car charger for you.
At your disposal is a small house for 4 adults. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, rather for children or short people. There is a large bathroom with a large shower and heated floors. Spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large table, sofa and exit to the wooden terrace.
An additional advantage is the huge garden, ideal for relaxation and spending time outdoors. There is a sauna and a tub, hammocks, deckchairs, a place for a bonfire, a trampoline and a playground.
We also have a charger for electric cars for you.
The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, so you can eat on site. There is a coffee machine, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven with a microwave, all dishes, pots and spices, coffee, tea.
We also recommend that you try local specialties. One of the most characteristic dishes from Ojców and the surrounding area of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland is the Ojców trout. It is bred in the clean waters of the Ojców National Park, so it would be a shame not to buy fresh fish. You can prepare it on the grill in our garden. If you are in Ojców, it is also worth trying trout in one of the local smokehouses!
What can you expect?
- Home SPA - a sauna and a tub await you in the garden. Under the stars, with a view of the fields, ideal for warming up in winter and long autumn evenings. In the summer, you can also jump into the tub, just do not heat the water and then it will serve to cool down in the heat.
- Relax among the rustling birches - Czuła Chata has a large roofed terrace, and on it comfortable furniture for lounging with a book, and in the garden there are hammocks and deckchairs.
- Hiking and cycling trails - the Green Trail runs right next to it, and a 15-minute walk will take you straight to the Prądnik Valley, where rock gates, limestone outcrops and paths winding between forests and streams await. The Krakow Gate, Hercules' Club, Ojców Castle - all within reach of your feet (or two wheels).
- Local winery - Krokoszówka Górska is a place where you can try exceptional wines straight from Małopolska. You sit with a glass, look at the hills and think: "Can we stay here forever?".
- Horseback riding - if you want to admire the area from a higher level (literally), Robson Stable offers rides along picturesque trails. A leisurely trot through fields and forests? The perfect way to reset.
- Caves and secrets - in the area you will find Łokietek Cave and Ciemna Cave - ideal places for those who like to discover hidden corners of nature and admire natural rock formations.
- Flavors of the region - man does not live by views alone! In nearby restaurants you can try local delicacies, such as Ojców trout or pierogi, which taste as if your grandmother made them.
- Peace and space - there is no city noise in the area, and the only "noise" is the rustle of trees and birdsong. You can relax here, listen to nature and just be.
