Zakopane has many faces. We like the historical, authentic, peaceful one the most. That is why we took under our wing an old Zakopane villa from the late 19th century (around 1886). In the past, it belonged to the long-time mayor of Zakopane - Józef Sieczka, and performed important public functions. Now it houses 8 cozy apartments for couples, and combines historical elements of the building with the modern comfort of a comfortable sleep and good coffee.

You will find it just 5 minutes from Krupówki, right behind the wooden church of Our Lady of Częstochowa - the oldest in Zakopane. In a quiet side street, named after the brilliant Kazimierz Kaszelewski, who was the builder of many churches in Zakopane and Kościelisko and initiated the erection of a cross on Giewont. The house is at number one and is hidden from the hustle and bustle of the tourist town. If you feel like it, we will help you discover our Zakopane, our favorite trails and flavors. We invite you to the house smelling of wood.

In our historic 19th-century house we have a total of eight comfortable apartments.

Five of them are designed for up to 4 people, although they will be most comfortable for a couple. Each apartment has:
- one bedroom with a large bed
- a cozy living area with a sofa bed
- a kitchenette and a part with a table
- a bathroom with a shower.

The remaining three apartments are smaller studios, designed strictly for two people. There is:
- an open space with a large bed in an alcove
- a kitchenette
- a table
- a bathroom with a shower.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a double induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, pots, cutlery and other kitchen utensils, a coffee maker and a French press for coffee and tea, and a milk warmer.

We offer free parking to all guests.

Our house is located right next to the historic restaurant "U Wnuka", founded around 1870 and located in the first-storey house in Podhale. The location near the famous Krupówki means that in just a few moments you can be in the heart of the vibrant Zakopane and taste many regional delicacies.

If you want to get to know our own list of culinary gems, we recommend visiting: STRH Bistro & Art Cafe, Bubuja Bistro, Leśniczówka Restobar at the beginning of the road to Kalatówki or the Stara Papiernia restaurant in Kuźnice. In the vicinity of the Chochołowska Valley, it is worth visiting Leśniczówka u Zięby or Ziębówka.

Definitely not, because there will be no room for boredom here. Here are a few reasons why.

In the apartments, you will find books about the Podhale region, magazines and a comfortable sofa to read.

Just a few steps from our house there is a stop for line 21, which will take you to the Mała Łąki Valley and Kuźnice without any problems. In Kuźnice, you will find the lower station of the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch and many Tatra trails.

If you are planning to go to one of the Tatra mountain valleys, it is worth using Droga pod Reglami. It leads to the entrances to, among others, the Mała Łąki Valley, the Za Bramką Valley, the Strążyska Valley, the Ku Dziurze Valley and the Białego Valley.

Branches of the Tatra Museum are located near our facility: Willa Koliba, Chałupa Gąsieniców-Sobczaków and the main building of the museum. Line 21 will also make it easier for you to get to the nearby Palace, Willa Oksza or the Nature Education Centre of the Tatra National Park.

You can reach the lower station of the Gubałówka cable car in just 5 minutes.

If you like winter sports, after a short walk you will reach the Szymoszkowa ski station, where a slope of varying difficulty awaits you.
