Our life revolves around Liswarta. Liswarta meanders along the northern edge of Upper Silesia and between Małopolska and Wielkopolska. It also winds right behind our house. All you have to do is walk through the forest and you can jump into a kayak. You can also watch the river from your bike. These are already waiting for you in Ann-Tonówka, so all you need is the will to set off on the Liswarta Cycling Trail. You will also feel the wind in your hair (or rather on your helmet) while exploring the area on a mint Vespa.

I have equipped Ann-Tonówka with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious holiday in the countryside. There is a terrace overlooking the forest, and a jacuzzi on the terrace. There is a volleyball court, a ping-pong table, a home cinema, a place for grilling and a bonfire with a cauldron, 4 ha of wooded plot. There is also a house consisting of two parts connected by a corridor. A house for 10 people, where everyone will have their own corner. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, one large kitchen. A work room, a hammock net on the mezzanine, and even a wardrobe. You can spend your mornings with delicious coffee from the coffee machine on the large terrace, walking barefoot on the grass or at home - sinking into a comfortable sofa in front of a large window. I invite you to the place of my dreams, make yourself comfortable in Ann-Tonówka.

The house is spacious – designed for 8-10 people. It has two wings connected by a wide corridor. In the corridor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room and a wardrobe, thanks to which you can relax with us for a longer time, and throw the green children's trousers on your knees into the washing machine.

In the right part of the house there is a dining room and a spacious living room, which is equipped with a projector and a large retractable screen. On the first floor of this wing there is a bedroom with a large net above the mezzanine, as well as a bookcase.

The left part is the heart of the house. There is a main bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a spacious living room, a fireplace, and a work corner. On the first floor of this part there are three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). Two of them are equipped with TVs, and the third has a work and reading corner.

The house is surrounded by a spacious terrace with an area of over 120 m², on which there is a jacuzzi, deckchairs and garden furniture. The plot around the house has an area of approx. 4 ha. It is not fenced in tightly.

What's more, numerous concerts and festivals take place in our area. We will be happy to advise you what is happening and when.

Our house is a real paradise for children! You will find here many attractions that will provide the little ones with fun outdoors and inside. Our plot is over 4 hectares, so children can explore the forest, build huts, play stalking and observe wild animals that inhabit our area.

For active people, we have prepared a trampoline, bikes and bike paths that encourage long rides. You can organize a family kayaking trip (kayaks are on site) and play in the area with a badminton and volleyball net.

In the house, children can enjoy board games, books, a ping-pong table, and a jacuzzi, which is an ideal place to relax after an eventful day. Additionally, we offer a spacious area by the bonfire, where children can spend time with their loved ones, roasting marshmallows or singing songs by the bonfire.
