Hi, I'm Anita and I invite you to my home. Here, above the picturesque village of Uhliská, I started creating a cozy and peaceful house(s) years ago. You will find it at the very end of the village, the very last one and with no neighbors around. Behind the house, only the meadows and forests of the Štiavnické vrchy protected landscape area. Or occasionally a herd of cows or sheep grazing nearby.

The loft space of the house with 2 separate bedrooms will be an ideal space for privacy and sharing time together for 2 couples, a family of four or a group of friends. Thanks to the fact that the interior of the house is made of wood, you will feel like you are living outdoors. And since I live here alone, the house is alive all the time, it smells of wood, dried herbs, there is a lot of creative energy floating here, because I paint my paintings here... The cozy atmosphere will be complemented by the crackling of the stove, while a few steps will separate you from a large spacious terrace with a breathtaking panorama of nature. During the warm months, go outside with a basket in hand, pick herbs or mushrooms, enjoy the scent of lavender that grows around the house and enjoy... Silence, birdsong, the coolness of the forest. No noise, no neighbors near the house. Simply a perfect place for relaxation, yoga, meditation and living in the wild. Or just like that - for time spent with family, friends and creating memories together. I will wait for you!

The house is the very last one - on a hill, with a view of the entire village. Behind it are only meadows and a forest. In total, the house has 6 sleeping places (2 double beds in 2 separate bedrooms, 2 single beds). The whole house is open and full of daylight.

GROUND FLOOR
- when entering the house you will find yourself directly in a large open living room. It consists of a connected living area, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with a dining table for 6 people.
- there is also a TV, DVD recorder and a Canadian fireplace
- there are two types of heating in the house (central electric, but the fireplace in the living room can also be used as central heating.)
- from the living room you can reach 2 bedrooms (both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed 140x200cm or 160x200cm, a wardrobe and a window with a view of nature.)
- the bathroom including the toilet is right next door
- separate toilet
- entrance to the huge terrace
- washing machine and clothes dryer

STUDIO LOFT ON THE FLOOR
- you can get here by the mill stairs
- it is open from all sides and is full of daylight
- there are also 2 single beds and a creative table for handicrafts.

TERRACE AND GARDEN
You can reach the terrace directly from the living area. The terrace is 3x8m in size and has an outdoor seating area. It faces west, where you can sit long into the evening and enjoy not only the sunsets, but also fragrant herbal tea from the gifts of nature.

The house is surrounded by a 35-acre garden, so if you need some mental cleansing in the form of physical work to relax, feel free to tell me. I'll think of something for you ;)

The heart of the house is the connected living room with the kitchen and dining area. Since I live in this house myself, everything is equipped so that you don't miss anything - even in the kitchen - from the smallest things like a strainer to a blender or oven. There are also jars of herbs for tea, so if someone calls you, feel free to take a sip to your health.
And if you feel like grilling during warm days, go ahead - we have a grill!

You should know that there is no restaurant, other dining options, or shop in the village. Therefore, I recommend that you do some major shopping before your arrival, or count on the fact that sometimes you will have to go shopping 9 km away.

This area is suitable for walking and cycling. You can choose from many short and long hiking trails, the Compostela route even passes through the village.

By car, you can reach the two Salamandra ski resorts within 10 km, or Drozdov within 20 km.
During the summer, there are also many lakes (taichs) for swimming in the area, e.g.: Bakomi, Richnavské, Vindšachta and others.

It is an ideal base for exploring the surroundings of Banská Štiavnica for leisure, adventure or simply to relax and enjoy the pure beauty of nature.
Just a few meters above the house there is a hunting lodge where you can observe animals living in the wild.

In the garden there is a children's wooden climbing frame with a slide for the little guests.
It is also possible to close the terrace with a gate so that children cannot escape from the terrace. The land around the house is also fenced, which is also a big advantage for children.

Many guests also use the house as a home office. There is an established local internet connection, which is not very powerful, but sufficient for the work of an ordinary user.
