We're appealing to parents with children of all ages. If you want to feel like you're on a real vacation, one where both adults and children can relax, be sure to mark Uroczysko Lutówko as a must-see on your map. We've created a place where boredom is considered persona non grata. Because how can you explain that you won't be leaving the fence for the entire trip, and there are so many attractions up your sleeve that you might want to extend your stay? You sip hot coffee in your pajamas, and the kids head to one of the two playgrounds, the carousel, the climbing wall, and the trampoline. And they also meet kids their age from other cottages at Uroczysko Lutówko and make friends. What's more, the entire area is fenced, so even the most daring escapes end safely in the sandbox. Instead of "I'm bored?" You'll hear, "Mom, Dad, we haven't been kayaking, pedal boating, to the beach, badminton, volleyball court, or even played football yet." It's hard to list all the fun in one breath.

And for us adults? You can easily choose between total laziness, with a divine view of the lake, or throwing ourselves into a whirlwind of activity, as if nothing were bothering you. There are bikes for forest adventures, rowing boats, and even a whole outdoor gym. We have table football, Nordic walking sticks, a ping-pong table, and all the necessary sports equipment. After the day's fun, the spa awaits: a dry sauna and a hot tub. In the evening? A picnic shelter with a summer kitchen and three grills, perfect for a bonfire under the stars.

And best of all – you can feel completely at home here, because it's self-service. You enter with the code and the entire property is yours, as if your grandmother had simply left you the keys to her kingdom.

We have four houses in our Uroczysko area. Three of them are available for rent as a whole, while the fourth is divided into apartments.

"Uncle Frank's House" is our newest house. It can accommodate up to 10 people (including children aged 0-1 years old, sleeping 9 beds + 1 sofa bed). It overlooks the garden and lake and is located on a spacious shared plot within our complex, on a quiet side of the plot. It is also the closest, 50 meters, to the lakeside plot.

House layout:

- On the ground floor, there is a large open living room, a lounge area, a sofa bed for a 10th person, an armchair, a coffee table, a dresser with a TV, a dining area with a large wooden table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom features a curbless shower with a rain shower head, a toilet, a sink with a cabinet, a mirror, a hairdryer, and a set of mini toiletries.

The living room also features an entertainment area with a professional foosball table.
- The living room opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooking the garden and lake.
- Next to the living room is a separate room with a bedroom for two people.
- Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms (one room is a connecting room to the next bedroom) and a bathroom. The bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, sink with cabinet, mirror, hairdryer, and a mini-toilet set.

Two rooms each have two beds, and the third room has three comfortable beds, with the option of any configuration, bedside tables, cabinets, and two chairs with a coffee table.

Our Uroczysko is self-service, meaning you'll receive your keys without any staff. The gate will open for you after entering the code, leaving you feeling completely at home.

The house has a large kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with: a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a range hood, a dishwasher with a capsule set, a complete set of dishes, plates, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, cups, wine glasses, cutlery and other utensils, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, a cloth, a paper towel, sugar, salt and pepper, and a recycling bin.

Guests are welcomed with fresh farm eggs, local beer, and fresh apples. During the summer season, you can purchase fresh vegetables, milk, and honey from local farmers. We will advise you on where to buy them. Apple, plum, and cherry trees are also located on our property – feel free to help yourself.

Fasten your seatbelts, because we have so many attractions that you'll need to plan a longer stay.

The plot is located right on the lake. We've prepared a sunbathing and play area, with a designated children's swimming area, a jetty, and free water equipment: 3 boats, 5 kayaks, and 2 pedalos. You'll also find free life jackets, life buoys, and beach chairs. The swimming area is paved and covered with fine gravel, with plenty of clean sand on the shore. There's also a covered shelter with a table and benches. For our youngest guests, we've prepared a small playground with a playhouse, slide, climbing net, and swings.

Need a moment of relaxation and tranquility after a hard day? At our Uroczysko, we're prepared for every eventuality. Our dry sauna is not only a way to fully unwind your mind but also a beneficial treatment for your body. A relaxing soak in the hot tub is the perfect end to any evening. We guarantee privacy and an intimate atmosphere – no one has access to the room during the time reserved for you.

This offer is included in the package or available for an additional fee according to the current price list, depending on the stay you choose.

The property includes:
- a sandy volleyball court;
- a mini soccer field with one goal;
- badminton;
- an outdoor table tennis table;
- an outdoor chess table;
- an outdoor gym (running machine, elliptical trainer, rower, leg press, gravity pulley, chest chair);
- Nordic walking poles;
- the resort's equipment includes all the necessary balls, paddles, rackets, etc.

We also offer bicycles. We have nine mountain bikes in various sizes, including two equipped with child seats, and three children's bikes. Time to go for a ride in the surrounding forests, along marked paths – route maps are available on site.

We provide a barbecue and fire pit with a fire pit, pre-cut wood, and all the necessary grilling equipment. Under the covered shelter, there are wooden tables and benches, all with a view of the charming lake. During inclement weather or cold days, our shelter can be closed with electric partitions.

We also offer a large banquet shelter for approximately 35 people, available for special, individual reservations. The shelter is equipped with wooden tables and benches, a summer kitchen with a double sink, worktop, three-station wood grill, and a wood-burning stove with an oven and two burners. We also provide cast-iron pots for the kitchen, and we provide firewood. During inclement weather or cold days, our shelter can be closed with transparent partitions.

A projector with a screen is available for rent. Catering can be arranged from local suppliers. The shelter is located in a private part of the garden, with direct views of the garden and lake.

The shelter can be rented for individual events such as birthdays, family gatherings, training sessions, or business meetings. Rental rates are individually tailored to the needs of each guest.

In addition to all the attractions mentioned above, we have a playground for kids, with two towers, a tunnel, slides, swings, a crow's nest, and a small climbing wall. The playground also includes a sandbox, a carousel, and a trampoline. The entire playground is certified and safe for children.

The Uroczysko area is fenced and gated. Additionally, on the lakeside plot, we've created a safe playground for younger guests, complete with a playhouse, slide, climbing net, and swings.
