The painter was famous for including musical goats in his paintings. And although ours do not play the violin, in addition to milk for delicious cheeses, they bring a lot of happiness to me and people associated with the Farm. Maybe they will bring it to you too? In my case, it all started with one goat won in a bet. Today, 100 of them live in the settlement, and making cheese and other dairy products from their milk has become a way of life for me. Cheese from our cheese factory and bread from a wood-fired, fireclay oven have gained fame in the area, and I have become involved in promoting cheesemaking and goat farming in our region.

I run an ecological farm called Kozłonoga in Klecina, Lower Silesia. I love life, which means food and movement, preferably in nature. I am a humanist through and through, which is why I am interested in everything related to man and his development – herbal medicine, early music, ethnography, books, philosophy, wild cuisine, good life.
